I was happy t b at the store wasn't crowded.

From the second I walked into the store I was given attitude. Asked a simple question on where something was located your associate Annabella just pointed, so I asked her to show me. She huffed and puffed and was rude! I went to self checkout and got nothing but dirty stares. Rude little girl. You guys need to better your hiring requirements.

We came into the Rutland store today to buy retaining wall bricks after going to several cashiers and customer service representatives we had almost given up. We then found Lulu who was the front end lead. She was the only one with the knowledge experience and exceptional attitude to help us complete our order we were very satisfied.

Andrew gave me great insight on purchasing a Chainsaw and added products that are important to have including Allstate extended warranty. Annabella explained the warranty process. Very kind.

My front doorknob broke on Black Friday. Stores were busy and I needed to talk to someone who knew doorknobs. Derek helped me, and stayed with me until he found an answer that would work for my problem. I am so incredibly grateful, I returned the next day to get another doorknob, and get his name. Thank you.

I love Home Depot in Redlands during the Holiday season with all the sales and great prices on tools, batteries etc. This is the time I stock up every year for my business.

Sales employees and cashier were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to be helpful.

I sometimes dread to go to Home Depot because there seems to be a lack of qualified skilled NEW employees that don't seem to care at all about the customer. On one particular day recently, I experienced something totally different.

Suhuei Quinones in the Pro Flooring department was so helpful and friendly. Her associate Norman and Jesus were also willing to go above and beyond to help us. Look for them if you need anything at this store!

I went in for a few things I needed and I was expecting to wait long since it was during the afternoon but boy was I wrong! I went in and out no line, no issues, great customer service..everything was awesome thanks

I’ve gone to many different types of Home Depot’s whichever are closer to my families homes or if I’m doing a job. I’ve got to say I’ve never had such an awesome experience with customer service so thank you Maria R.

Customer service in the garden section was non existent. A person from another area was very helpful. When the garden person finally showed up she did not speak English very well and didn’t know how to help. She let the person from Electrical help us while she stood there. The person from electrical was very helpful. Product was not stocked - service said there were 10. One associate friendly and helpful and I thank him.

A young man with a clean new apron helped me find the ring terminals and I thanked him for it and he went off after I told him I no longer needed assistance. I was in electrical looking at the ring terminals when a few mins later an older Caucasian employee, possibly an electrical employee, with a white goatee snuck up on me & gave me a smirk as if he just caught me in the middle of stealing. I told him what I was doing and he kept on replying w/ snarky comments. Told him I was looking at different terminal sizes for the one that came in my car and asked him if he thought the wider size was similar to the sample terminal I brought in and instead he said “Idk what kind of car you have”. Then I asked him if I could pop open the box to see if it was similar because it was hard to compare through the box and he said “The box is clear, it’s not hard to see”. The most unbelievable part is when he said “We got to get you out of here”. I thought the man would help me out but instead he basically shooed me out of the store since it was close to closing time and made me feel guilty for taking time to analyze the products I was about to buy. Someone like him should not be in retail and is a terrible face for Home Depot. Wish I got his name.

Even though it is a little further from our home then the closest Home Depot we still always choose to go to the Redlands store #1013. Clean store and restrooms, helpful friendly staff and usually the wait to check out is much shorter than the other Home Depot's in our area

Dave Wertenberg in flooring "sold" me on my new carpets and laminate flooring in Lake Arrowhead. I had already spoke with a few other companies. He was Professional, patient, knowledgeable etc. The pricing was terrific compared to other places. The selection was larger than other. I highly recomend them and they will be doing more work in my home.

We were very satisfied with the help we received in buying our new Washer & Dryer:) Helpful, knowledgable and friendly. It was a great experience.
