Almost always find what I am looking for or helped find an alternative.

Nine times out of ten, there are too many large go backs at the service desk. Would be nice if the larger items were out of the way. I see it quite often and the tellers don’t always have time to put it in the proper spot, when it’s a large item in a shopping cart or the six wheeler. I know no one wants to go do go backs and I also know that whse mgr don’t want to have to tell there employees to go put away go backs. Been there done that Budweiser retired. Normally I wouldn’t bring something like this up but I had been through with a shopping cart twice in the last couple days and had a hard time getting through the area. Some of the items were just stuffed across the aisle adjacent the area from the service desk. Memorial day weekend I get it but at the same time I saw a lot of employees walking on the floors being friendly, I’d cycle some through there, give everybody a chance.

I never felt more welcome to a place like Home Depot Redlands. The associates welcome you with a smile and make sure that you find whatever you are shopping for. They show real interest in helping you to get your project done right. Great experience having my project done at Home Depot Redlands!Erik

Sandy in lumber is amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of us when the system/process failed. She was by far the most helpful and knowledgable person in that department.

The intercom is too loud, too often. It makes communicating very difficult.

If you are purchasing carpeting and installation, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. From beginning to end, this process was a nightmare. We went to purchase a carpet for our closet and were discouraged from buying the one we wanted because it was “too expensive” and instead were pushed to get the cheaper one. Upon comparison with existing carpet, we returned to store and insisted on the nicer carpet. After selecting the carpet desired, we selected the padding we wanted, which was the nicest one. Instead of the associate (same one as the one who pushed us to get the cheap carpet) just entering in our order, she decided to make a mockery of us buying the nicest padding by asking if we will “be sleeping in the closet”. She entered in the wrong padding and also the wrong no-interest length (she entered in 6 months instead of 18). When the installers arrived at our home, they had the wrong padding. We had to cancel order and were told to call Home Depot. We called Home Depot and were told they would call us back in a couple of minutes. No one called back after an hour and a half, so we called back. We sat on the phone for 20 minutes until finally an associate picked up but had no idea who the customer representative was who was supposed to call us back. By this time, we were halfway to Home Depot anyways, so we went inside and talked to the same associate who only remembered the padding we had originally ordered after we reminded her about her snide joke. Then she remembered and saw she had entered it in incorrectly. We were told she corrected it but that we would have to go back and re-schedule the installation. Lastly, we had to ask the installers to please put some sort of wrap or covering on our BRAND NEW CARPET because they drove 30 minutes from another city to our house with the BRAND NEW CARPET splayed out and no covering, collecting the dust and dirt kicked up and everywhere on the freeway, just to then be installed in our home. Awful. Seriously? This hard to place an order? Not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Great shopping experience at HD #1013 in Redlands. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Very nice store, always have what I'm looking for, never had a return. Staff are professional and courtesy. Go early cause after 10:00 it gets busy busy.

This store is staffed with such helpful and friendly employees! They always seem to have what I need in stock. This location is not the closest to my house but it is worth the extra drive!

Returned merchandise today. Esther, clerk in returns, helpful and professional plus quick. Store busy but with clerks like Esther, it didn't seem so busy!! Store stocked and clear of clutter.

Love this Home Depot. It is our home away from home and garage. It is clean and not crowded. Easy to find everything and the staff is so friendly!
