The gentleman Dean that works at Home Depot. I am a 63 year old woman who is handicap and he went out of his way to help me at the checkout stand. He really should have his boss or somebody thank him for his customer service skills. This is the best Home Depot around sometimes Cashiers need to go through some more training

Right From the start of the process to moving into new investment, we were incredibly impressed with Ms. Suki service. She knowledge and surrounding this crazy trade we are in was nothing short of amazing. Her availability was very open, her help were next level, and her service was the cherry on top. We love Home Depot!

Currently went in to make a large purchase had two shot cards with me. Full of materials machine would not take my money. Employees standing around could not help me with anything. I asked him several times. Spoke almost 10 minutes with them trying to get assistance. Still no help I called them to get their supervisor. Their supervisor came, I explain what was going on supervisor was telling me no need to explain all this to me brought me over to another cash app and got me my change so that I could continue paying and go on my job , Employee at cash app Jada was assistant, and not helping me telling me that that’s not her job protocol to help me pay for my material All I needed was help

Yes, Today I first went Low’s in Greenspot Road Highland, I was waiting over 40 minutes for helper coming. But when I go to Home Depot at Lugonia Ave, Redlands . The cashier who name is Maria so nice and quick serves me ,then called helper (Fred) coming right way . I am so happy for this Excellent service! Please take an appropriate from a customer!

Even though this store is farther away from my home I have always found everything I need, and the employees are always ready to help and very experienced. If you see it online, they will have it in stock!

The store is overall great. Monita is an excellent associate. She was absolutely amazing with helping us. She came looking for us to find out if we found what we had asked her for earlier and helped us get the right product. The store is well stocked and I’ve always found what I went looking for.

I was surprised by employees asking if they could help, if I had any questions, did I find everything I was looking for.

Our shopping experience was excellent because of Nicole at the Redlands Store helping us at check out. She helped us set up the App so my husband could use his military discount. She was very patient, kind and gracious to take the time to help us herself. These qualities are rare in customer service now. The employees at this location were so friendly, kind, and helpful. They made me feel like they appreciated my business and were happy to help. Rather than making me feel like a burden for asking for help how other stores have made me feel in the past. The customer service was beyond my expectations and I would recommend this store to anyone!
