The store looks great every time I come in.

Great store, excellent employees, well managed and easy to find items. It is our "go to" store for all things home improvement.

Always find what I need and have always had an employee ready to help me

Martha was great, took my list and went around the store and showed me where everything was and helped me choose the right items. Alex was very patient and helped me with some issues with my pro rewards account.

Item I needed was not in stock, floor model not for sale, was told they all did not work m were display only(right) told 7-10 days for a washing machine. 7-10 days is enough time to fly to China, build one, ship it back and still have time to do a load of laundry. Terrible service period. Go away box store and take your box store attitude with you!!

Great store. I go there often when I visit a family member here in Red Bluff. I am always trying to make things for special needs and they have always gone above and beyond in helping me engineer and find the right materials.

This Red Bluff store has everything. Im happy to be a Home depot customer here. Theres a few names I caught for their customer service skills n kindness, but theres many others. Juan, Cindy, ellen great employees

Employees are rude and non attentive

The best things I like about Home Depot, Red Bluff, CA is that the employees go out of their way to respectfully help when I have questions. I have had so much help when I come into the store. As a women, I don't feel intimidated or judged by the employees and am regarded as a good customer. One thing I would like to see toned down just a bit is the music. Sometimes it can be too load to think or talk with my spouse. When a person is trying to add or subtract measurements or read detailed instructions it can be a bit distracting.

I wrote a lengthy comment in the survey. Short version: this is my favorite home improvement store and I highly recommend red bluff home depot.

I recently visited the Red Bluff Home Depot for window coverings. We needed to replace our 6' slider blinds. I found a great set that darken the room and look amazing for only $69.85, that includes tax! There was a young associate who helped me find exactly what i needed. My wife loves the new blinds and wants a new set for the other slider!

Your garden cashier Stacy is absolutely amazing, and so is Julie out in garden as well! They both deserve raises!! They're always there to answer questions and are incredibly knowledgeable of your store's products and plants!

Friendly and supportive staff. I had to order what I wanted and was helped so that it would come to the store at no cost to me.

The store is always clean and easy to get around in finding what you need. Employees will ask if they can help you find what you are looking for and even take you to where the item is located. My visit was to purchase a kitchen faucet. I had questions on which would fit my sink. Kevin was super helpful and was there in the aisle. He even talked by phone with my plumber to determine what I needed and the type of fixtures to accompany the installation. If you need plumbing advise for a purchase ask for Kevin. He's great!!

Currently about 25% employees are knowledgable....the rest i classify as useless. Been a customer since 2002

The store is neat. Prices are competitive. Associates are friendly and helpful. If you ask a question that they can't answer, they will find someone who will.

Excellent Customer Service, Attitude and Policy...We returned a defective product that was no longer in the system and Red Bluff Home Depot gave us a huge discount on a similar product of like value...Way-to-Go! We will shop for as many of our product needs as possible at Home depot Red Bluff, Knowing that they Stand Behind the Products they Sell!

All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I was very happy with everyone thank you for being apart of our home town .

They don't take there sale signs down and are rude when you call them on it .then offer you a very small discount .the sale was 150$ off they offered me 20$ off .then charged me for the wrong item .So it cost me alot more .I'm calling corporate over this one .

This store is normally great! There are times when it's tough to find assistance but when you do they usually bend over backwards to help you! I love finding clearance items on their end caps and other items you can't find in any other stores.

Most employees here are very helpful & friendly. I know a lot of them by name, as a lot of them have helped me. I really appreciate their opinions and helpfulness. I have purchased doors, windows, cabinets, countertops and many other supplies for my home and I have been really satisfied with most of my purchases and friendly professional service. When things weren't quite right, management always tried to rectify the situation.

This store is nearly always neat and clean and the sales people are helpful and friendly.

Dynamic staff, customer service oriented and always helpful even when they are short handed or staffed.

The technical personnel where very helpful, knowledgable and cooperative. The check out personnel was quick and there was no wait time at check out. The items where well displayed and in sufficient quantity. The store was clean. The carts were in well maintained condition. The restroom was clean. Well located near the freeway and pet friendly store (lots of ++++++ for that) .
