The store is always clean. The employees are always helpful. It seems to be very well organized.

The store has a good variety of products and the staff is knowledgeable, curtious, and neighborly.

The staff and management are So rude and disrespectful that I plan on only thing there if absolutely necessary

Store was an overall great experience, friendly staff great management. Employees are always willing to help and aid my needs. Lumber department is always willing to load my materials without a sigh. Store cleanliness is always top tier. Even in this pandemic all employees wear masks making it a safe area to bring the family . Would highly recommend this store to all.

Store filled with anti-maskers. No verbal request by staff for masking when signs ignored. Understaffed. Employees (through no fault of their own) under trained.

There are several employees that I just love seeing when I go into the store. The first one is Robin. She is always smiling and laughing and knows where items are without having to locate someone else. She is my favorite person to see. Cindy is the other employee that has helped us throughout the years and she is helpful and always smiling and pleasant. There was a new guy that works back in the flooring that helped us a month ago and he answered our questions and gave us good advice for the item we were asking him about, sorry can't remember his name.

I'T'S NICE TO SEE YOU HAVE FINALLY CLEARED ALL THE, "IMPULSE ITEMS" OUT OF THE AISLES. THIS NEGATES STALLING OF CUSTOMERS, AND TURNING THEM INTO CROWDS..

I have been in often lately for supplies and I will go out of my way to find Brayden and Ryan in lumber. On several different visits in they have gone above and beyond to help me locate products or helped get my products through checkout. Cashier Cindy and Pro Desk Michelle always get me through fast and friendly and I’ve appreciated them helping me with product discrepancies multiple times!

All the employees are very helpful courteous and patient... they give a 10% military discount... huge selection of items to fit any budget...

Gabriel and Morgan at the garden center provided excellent customer service! We purchased a pallet of pavers and they were great help since we arrived until loading on our vehicle.

Adam in paint went above and beyond for everyone surrounding the desk.

dont treat everyone like they are a thief. i had store credit card that was under my old girlfriends name and they would not let me use it. i know its policy but they should have told me about this rule when doing the return. they treated me like thief then and again yesterday. i am not a thief and how dare you employee treat me like such. very unprofessional. i was so embarrassed. i dont need to steal. im the manager of another retail store and would never treat a customer the way

The Red Bluff Home Depot is by far one of the smoothest operating stores I have been to. This Store is always clean and the employee members are always polite and friendly. Thank you Home Depot for opening in this location. Long over do.

At first opening These stores are all similar in the product they sell most are Clean and etc. The main question are the employees even over management. Assisting costumers with finding what ever they need. And the knowledge of any alternative if needed. Competition in this town ? They're isn't so this should be priority. So costumers not only feel it's the only place... But the right place. For this I'd give a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Home Depot in Red Bluff, CA is our go to place for all things building and maintenance. The home goods are also very nice quality and style. It is so easy to find anything and the associates are always willing to help.

The department associates are very kind

if you need to talk to somebody knowledgeable in the plumbing department I suggest asking for Jessie she’s completely knowledgeable of her department

Dereck from the Pro Desk was very helpful. He was able to get a bid for our CO alarms and had them all ready for us at the desk. He made our shopping experience very easy!

this was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

This store is always a complete mess...so many items are missing on shelves....finding any kind of lumber cart is impossible....employees seem to just walk around and not stock anything and most are unfriendly and have no clue what they are doing. I highly reccomend finding another home depot to shop at even if the drive is long, not worth the time or my money at the Red Bluff store at all.
