This store always has enough employees around to answer questions and help me find things. I will often wait and come here even when I am in another town that has a Home Depot. It just depends on how much help I think I might need.

Stock your wood clean your bins of what doesn’t belong in there. People have to pick through your wood to find good wood. Almost two weeks now I can look up the same wood still sitting there ask for help and no one comes they just say on your receipt is a survey tell them your experience..your sand is infront of your pro counter and they watch people get it from the second shelf.

Amber in the Garden Shop (Cashier) was excellent - Although the check-out line was long, she understood - Engaged Hospitality - Clone her and place that clone at each register!

I ultimately get taken care of at this store (Red Bluff) quite well

The Red Bluff Home Depot store has excellent customer service. The Associates are friendly, approachable and willing to assist. R. Friend is the Associate who assisted me today and he made an excellent impression for the Red Bluff Home Depot Store. I am well pleased to shop there and I highly recommend it.

Employees go out of their way to make sure you have the help you need. Gave suggestions on products that could help in the project.

I go to alot of home improvment stores and the Red Bluff store stands out 2nd. To none the following staff is friendly and quick to help make shure you have what you need for your project .

I shop hear every day. The associate are very helpful and frendly. Ashley and juli at the prodesk are the best. And Britney in plumbing is amazing at finding any thing in the store. Thank you to all.

My husband and I always shop at this store, everyone is friendly and shelves are always stocked, and it’s cleaner than the Chico Depot

This store may not always have what we want and may not always be the tidiest, but the staff seems to always be friendly, helpful and easy to find!

If you go to the Red Bluff store find the employee “friendly” thats his name. Super helpful, knew all the products I needed and where to find them. First time an employee actually knew more about the store than myself. Usually dont even bother talking with them. He is the BEST! You need more employees like him!!!!

The Red Bluff store has completely lost the customer service value. Associates are untrained and completely incompetent, at no fault of there own. There is a very apparent lack of training and follow up by supervisors and management. Do not expect a lot of assistance in this store. In addition the store is very messy and it’s difficult to get down the isles with a cart. Shopping at this store is very frustrating when you remember how it used to be.
