I was in the Lone Tree, CO store.

Frank and Alex are amazing they helped me with my discount and I can truly say it was a blessing while shopping on a budget!!

Erin is an associate who has the friendliest demeanor! She is quick to take initiative and her abilities as a cashier are superior. She smiles and communicates well with the customers. It was a pleasure to observe her today while I was shopping.

i bought deck screws with the ph#2head and was very unhappy tell icame back in and was trying to pick somthing else and a very nice gal ask if she could help so i told her my story she pointed me right etright ti the ones with the star head and no more striped heads thankyou very much

didnt have what i needed at the store but autumn and fernando made it alot easier to look for my needs we tryed to come up with a soloutin but were unable to but i bought something anyway so i could write this review

I needed a float for my toile,. mind you I am 67 and have never fixed a toilet in my life. When I called the plumber the estimate was $280.00. So I watched You tube and headed to Home Depo the sales person Robert Friend showed me what I needed, and extra instruction in hand I fixed it. I video it when I was done . Went back to Home Depo to make sure everything was good. Robert Friend saw one other thing in the clip and showed me how to fix and lower the overflow pipe. Thank You

I went to Home Depot to purchase a stove and fridge. Angel Munoz was my appliance specialist. I told him what I wanted and didn't want and he helped me find the best items for my needs. He really is an Angel.

The parking lot has signs displayed facing the store direction AND the parking lot which reads video cameras are in use to catch the bad people ( my take ) and to prosecute them . However , after a chain saw was stolen in the parking lot a representative of HD told me the cameras do not point out into the main parking lot . So why have signs that imply that to customers ?

Why have have a pro extra when you don't get it

This store is very clean and organized as well as the staff being extremely helpful. Great service! I live 4 minutes away from. The Redding, ca Store and would prefer to drive 30 minutes to the Red Bluff store just for the service. It is a great feel when you walk through the doors.

Robert in flooring is a true asset to this store. Greeted us immediately and problem solved like he was a store owner!! Thank you

it is a good store but they have some difficulties explaining things that come from wearhouses that they have no opinion or saying in what happens in that war-house.

Ryan Puff is a big guy with a great Big customer service skill. He does a great job and needs to be an example of how to treat customers. He really loves his job and wants to please his customers. This is very rare and I would recommend that you treat him with the respect he deserve

The employees at Home Depot in Red Bluff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the stock of available products to choose from, and the lovely garden assortment of foliage to choose from also. I would like to comment on the employee Kim, as being very helpful and friendly to me as well.
