I was on vacation. I explained my situation to the store personnel. We had a lively discussion about the possibilities of me accomplishing my goals and come up with a solution that worked great.

The atmosphere in the store was a relaxing experience and close to pleasurable. I enjoyed the time I was in the store.

If you are looking for quality customer service, just try the paint department at Rancho Cordova Home Depot. Eddie is patient, provides sound advice and will do his best to make sure your paint experience is a positive one.

I think that moving the cashier's station away from the main entrance would create less traffic jam with customers checking out and new customers trying to get in. It seems to me that not much thought went in to locating the cashier's and return station right in front of the MAIN entrance!!!! In addition, Whom so ever thinks my writing skills are incorrect should consider other customer's opinion.................or educate themselves on varied writing approaches!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’ve bought our Christmas Tree at this store for many years- the quality is there and is most convenient to our house. This year was a particularly fun experience as the Associate was just so friendly and kind and warm hearted- Holiday Spirit! Also Home Depot has carried a particular GE Christmas tree lights set with traditional crystal cut glass bulbs.

This may not be the biggest Home Depot however it has the heart of a larger store. We are likely to find everything we need. However your teams make sure we can find it online and or at another convenient location. The associates are very welcoming and helpful...

The Rancho Cordova store has a very friendly atmosphere, I always enjoy my shopping experience there. I always have had great customer service.

Store generally has the electrical, lumber, and plumbing parts that I need. Had to make a return on 29 NOV 2019 at about 455PM. Line for returns moved quickly and Tabitha was able to quickly handle that which I had to return. Overall, efficient trip to store. Will be back again.

The Rancho Cordova Home Depot hires outstanding employees. While you will not enjoy the Biggest or newest store it’s great shopping experience. As a contractor I’m able to get in and out much quicker than some of the other stores that are much busier.

A friendly store that helps me every time I shop in Rancho Cordova. It is the go to place for our hardware, cement, roofing, and lumber shopping. We are restoring a portion of our farm buildings and appreciate the prices, availability, and service we find at the Rancho Cordova Home Depot.

The Home Depot on Sunrise is great. Most employers are very friendly & helpful. Best Home Depot in Sac are.

I've had the pleasure of experiencing great service from Nomi at the self checkout stand. She is the example of how a person should be with customer's. I'd would employee her in a second, because she's interested, caring and helpful.

The Home Depot in Rancho Cordova is clean and organized. The products are normally easily to find and if not a friendly associates are very helpful.

They ran out of 2X2 stakes, but they did have 2X2 boards that we sawed into stakes!

One of there floor employees helped me find a part for my vacuum and taught me a way to modify the vacuum to work better!

Everything was very 'bottom of the barrel' at this store: clerks standing around on their phones, not interacting with customers. Items missing from shelves, I waited over 30 minutes just to get and pay for an item - should have been 3-4 minutes. I would have given this store 1 star. However, there was one person who helped out: Jessica Z. Department Supervisor. She came down to the front, listened to what I had to say, spent a little time researching the issue and then in a fairly prompt manner offered me a suitable solution. She personally took possesion of my problem, walked me from dept to dept. She consulted with me about how to implement a solution and personally saw to it: she picked the item with me, mixed the paint herself, loaded onto a dolly, walked me to the front, rang up the purchase and waived me off. This one person saved your store from... gosh, how would I describe your store without Jessica Z? With Jessica, your store would a dismally, appalling failure - completely worthless. Possibly over-stated, but thats how I feel.

I didn't find the products I was looking for, I wasn't able to get assistance when I needed it, the store was dirty and the associates unfriendly and Not helpful. Order said "2-day shipping"... 3 weeks later never arrived. No commication, no email alerts. I went to the store repeatedly to find out what was going on. The clerk was rude, unconcerned. I asked for her supervisor at first she repeatedly stated that she didn't have a supervisor or that one was not available. After repeated requested she called the store Manager -Jess. She asked Jess to come and speak with me because I had requested it. Jess Refused to come down and help me! I guess there are more important things in a store than your customers. The item should have been in stock, I should have been alerted via email, the item should have arrived at the store, the clerk should have offered a replacement itme, the store manager should have come down from his high tower and I should not have wasted weeks and hours of my life simply attempting to give Homedepot my money for overpriced items so they can pay rude employees and managers.

All of the cashiers are wonderful. I always get help when i need it and when i am ready to checkout they are always so nice. I’ve been in a couple of time when Kaitlyn i believe her name was working and she is always so nice and ask if i found everything okay and if i didn’t she always goes out of her way to find what i am looking for. Management is doing a great job with hiring people. Store is always clean and everything is so easy to find
