If you’d like to go to a store that has just about everything you could possibly hope for, is very organized and also clean. The employees in the store are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Rancho Cordova Home Depot which is way above any other Home Depot in the valley. Plus Home Depot’s prices are cheaper than Lowe’s

I have shopped in all the Home Depot stores in Sacramento but I can say I can put the Rancho Cordova location in my top 3. The store was clean, as usual. I did not have an issue finding supplies and checking out. Even when I didn't need the help, I was approached by 3 employees asking if I needed help.

This is the best Home depot I have ever been in. The service is more prompt and courteous than the other two home improvement stores that I have frequented.

The home Depot Stores in the States that I've visited are laid out in familiar order. Depending how frequently one uses these stores, finding things becomes increasingly easier. The stores are neat and clean, even the lavatory and, with convenient automobile parking. The Sections are labeled in large letters which helps those of us over 65. The lighting in some areas could be improved. Lastly, the performance and assistance by the employees appears to be consistent from store to store, and it is quite good. If an individual cannot answer your question, they invariably find someone who can. I think the cellphone App that lists item location helps quite a bit.

The sales Associate was very helpful and showed me what I needed. He also fixed my gate lock for me with some W-D40 when he saw an open can in the store. The cashier was also helpful and let me know I could save by taking out a credit card as I mentioned I needed some new appliances soon. It was a great experience. Both individuals were nice and very helpful. I’ll be back to get some appliances.

Elijah the cashier got me through checkout in less than two minutes and was polite and professional. Your store was out of flat outlet with plugs on side, all your store had was the swivel outlet.

Most of the home-improvement stores nearby and throughout the city do not have proper air-conditioning to keep the store cool during a heatwave. The Rancho Cordova Home Depot is always at a pleasant temperature even on the hostest of days. Also the employees are super nice and the store is clean.

They had the Spackle I needed.

The Rancho Cordova Home Depot is a great place to shop for Building, plants and hope improvement items. I really enjoy shopping there..

I experienced a good shopping experience from the lady in electrical who found a part for me that I could not see. The checkout was pleasant with Andrea.

Despite the law and the signs at the entrance of the store not all the customers and several of the employees are not wearing masks. We are in a pandemic. This is not only a safety issue but a sign of mutual respect. We ALL want to beat Covid 19 and get the economy back on track.. As contractors we wear PPE as needed. Let's do it! There are even masks for sale in the store . NO MASK NO SERVICE.

Polite, fast, and quick service is a rarity in these times. DeShaun was all of that and more in assisting me in selecting and loading a grill.

This store has worked hard to make it an overall friendly atmosphere. And, I love "self-checkout"!

This time the store was out of Clorox Wipes and I had to go outside the store to get 54" Tomato Cages!

If the bulk pricing clearly placed on the shelf where the product is displayed IS NOT recognized by the store’s POS... then it is apparently your responsibility as the “customer” to go back and take a photo of it because... the employee at the register a) did not believe me nor give me the benefit of the doubt, b) did not go look for herself, and c) did not call for assistance from another coworker or supervisor to assist. Zero customer service. Definitely not worth grabbing something from this store. Not worth my money or time to purchase something at this location moving forward. Originally, I thought, well let’s support the local store... definitely will not after this poor of an excuse for so-called “customer service”. Not friendly. Not helpful. No I didn’t get the assistance I needed.

This is an excellent store with a wonderful group of very helpful employees. I definitely recommend this store.

Try it you will find it helpful. Check their gardening section it has tons of beautiful plants.
