We had a e gift card to use and went in to buy some supplies and to get ideas for our house remodel project. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and positive. Mikela in kitchens was outstanding and I can't say enough positive things about our cashier, Nicole R. She went above and beyond to help us and even gave us a discount! We will be back, way to go!

Do not ask for help or expect to be rang up at a register at this store. They are rude. Self-checkout is the only way to go there.

I came to the store to get some stuff for my personal projects.i was amaze to find all the things i needed and the staff are helpful especially the cashiers.

I am a woman who has to shop for things justice a man. Almost every time I need help, someone will help me, regardless to whether they work in the department involved. Most emoyees are happy to get help if they don't have the correct answer to my question/ situation. Most of the customer service clerks are great. I can always tell when a clerk is new. They haven't figured it out yet that they don't have to have ALL the answers, that they just need to show the customer that they want to help.

It was amazing I was in and out in a jiffy

On this busy Memorial Day weekend I knew my store would be very busy, but hoped to take advantage of a sale going on. I needed patio furniture that had to be assembled and delivered. Customer Service was busy and hectic like normal and I was prepared to wait. To my surprise staff showed up and the wait was short. A gentleman named Mathew guided me through the process of purchasing and scheduling the delivery. He was efficient, patient with my hearing problem, and just plain pleasant. He made my shopping experience fun. He is a great role model for any Home Depot staff person.

I got metallic paint and the paint associates were extremely helpful.

Afsana clearly does not like doing her job. She would rather chat with coworkers than help customers ready and waiting to check out.

I’m happy to have found the things I needed at the Folsom Blvd/Sunrise Home Depot. First I was looking for a sink kit and the associate said they usually come with certain sinks. I didn’t know. He was helpful in helping me to find another item I need with my new sink and assisted me in choosing a color. On my next encounter in the paint department, I met Roderick: full of experience, very professional in his representation of Home Depot and generous with his knowledge of the product and different brands. I was very impressed, asked more questions and purchased more stuff I needed that he (Roderick) recommended. First time in Home Depot that I actually left the store with what I needed and came in for. Overall good experience.

I was taken by surprise during my last visit! Usually, my visits to Home Depot are less than memorable. Sometimes even frustrating when I can’t find someone to help me, and when they do, I feel they are being inconvenienced by me. Tonite was different! Matthew at customer service actually smiled, genuinely cared about the customers, kindly shared the company policies, and did his best to satisfy the customer (me). I also had another team member ask if I needed any help as I walked around! Shocker! Has Home Depot been training?! I think I paid more for the items than buying online, but I was happy to do business here tonight! Anyways… I’m impressed!

Came by to just browse and Nicole was very helpful with our needs. Every time I had a question she was always there for us. She helped us from plants, blowers and BBQ grill question. She was also was very knowledgeable for being in the Garden Dept. We had a very nice experience.

Nicole, in garden, provided exceptional customer service, knowledge and kindness. I have never had such an outstanding experience in Home Depot. I can not extend enough gratitude to her for making a complicated decision simple. Nicole was genuine and authentic. A stellar employee and she made my experience total smooth sailing.

Poor customer service, continually out of stock in materials (electrical). Still playing game with Veterans over the discount. Requiring ID's that they know only a disabled veteran or active duty person would have. Cashier accepted my ID for discount (CA DL) with Veteran Stamp, then rang up all the material and didn't apply the discount, then sent me to customer service who then told me they would have return and re-ring up all material over again..... 10 person line at both locations. Called manage when cashier informed me they would not accept my ID, he could have cared less. Will be shopping elsewhere at EVERY opportunity, you may get me on some items but watch my number drop, I have also canceled my Home Depot Pro affiliation, will not support this business in any way I don't have too!!!

Sawyer and Haley were amazing and helped me find a very specific tool that I needed. We went through a lot finding it but I couldn’t have done it myself. I’m very impressed. They both need raises for their incredible customer service and dedication to their customers!

I do a lot of shopping here for my projects, the store staff has always been helpful. On my last visit, I somehow lost my ID. The store manager called my wife a few days later and said they had the ID. I don't know how they tracked me down but I am very great full. That is excellent customer service.

The Rancho Cordova Home Depot is a great shopping experience. The employees are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my almost daily trips.

Although I had a terrible experience with the female employee working in the tile/flooring department, I would recommend this store. It would benefit the female associate to learn customer service from the young man who works in the tile/ flooring department.

KLEE the cashier got me through checkout in less than two minutes and was polite and professional.
