This particular Home Depot was very understaffed. Trying to get help was next to impossible. Most of the help were very untrained and needed to ask for help themselves. I spent 2 hours at the store for items that should have taken 20 minutes. Very frustrating.

Outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. They will simply ask at random if you need help with anything. And the cashiers have always been good natured. I've never been disappointed with this stores selection of products, always left with what I came for... and typically a little more.

Some of the associates there are either rude or total ignore or avoid their customers.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. They helped me get what I needed and get through checkout quickly. Also, Charles in the garden department, loaded my Kelloggs Cactus, Palm and Citrus Soil bags onto my cart, saved me from back pain, nice and caring employees.

I just moved to RC and haven't had great experiences in this store. I went a few weeks ago to buy some pegboard (along with some other items) and someone had stocked the pegboard and left it strapped, so it was impossible to get a piece off the shelf; I had to go find someone to help. I went today to pick up a couple pieces of rebar, and what do you know... it was put on the cantilevers still strapped and impossible to get what I needed without going to find someone. It's not worth the time to shop like that.

Multiple white men walking around without a mask at all. One flipped me off because I didn't smile back at him, but rather looked disgusted. He followed myself and my mother with his truck after telling profanities and then pulled up to us and screamed that he had smiled at me and then screamed more profanities. When you allow these men to just shop without following current safety guidelines seems to have them feeling very touchy, if not slightly manic. Another white male customer without a mask at all loudly told me God would protect him. God won't.

I needed a BAR BQ. It was exactly what I wanted and it was in stock. People there were VERY helpful and quite accommodating. The store was clean and I was in and out with what I needed and a smile on my face.

Great store and service. Maria Vigil, in particular, is a very helpful and attentive employee at this store.

In current times you feel avoided by employees at most places you go, not here though I was approached when an employee saw me starring at a shelf trying to find parts and asked me to allow them to be of assistance it was nice to have the help without having to go on an adventure to find it thanks Rancho Home Depot

This is my favorite neighborhood Home Depot. Everyone from the garden Department to lighting is great!

GREAT service, and if the product is not available the store team helps find a solution! And I LOVE the Kids DIY projects for my grandkids we have completed over 15 projects, thanks for keeping it going during COVID! GREAT STORE!

Employees here are very helpful, and this store usually haves all that I need.

While this store is the furthest from my residence compared to other home improvement stores, I still go to Home Depot for their great prices and great customer service.

Excellent customer service and very helpful and nice associates. They helped me find the products and showed interest in helping me and looked happy to help me find what I needed. The store was very clean and the carts were wiped down and there was hand sanitizers and wipes and masks at the front. Their great attitude was the reason I spent about $600. Great customer service makes a big difference so thank you.

Store has some excellent employees and usually has what I need. Sometimes the customer service desk is short with customers. Check out associates are always super helpful. I would give the store five stars if everyone was as helpful and courteous as cashiers.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT RANCHO CORDOVA CALIFORNIA. EMPLOYEES ARE FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. CLEANLINESS AND DISPLAYS ARE ORGANIZED AND PRESENTABLE.

The greatest thing about this store is you can actually walk through the aisles. They are not packed to the gills so that you can hardly move around. And the employees are super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this home improvement store above all others.

I bought a home security system which was supposed to come with a free (I can't mention the name, even though they carry the product - ridiculous!) echo dot - which they where out of stock on. I asked for the manager on duty and he said it was while supplies last, which was a lie. I told him the offer was one of the prime reasons for picking the system. I suggested that he order the echo dot and have it shipped to my residence - he wouldn't do that unless I payed for the echo dot. He suggested I do an exchange at another store that had the echo dots in stock, which is what I had to do at an inconvenience to me. This is not the first time I've had problems with purchases with this company. Home Depot needs to stop treating customers like they're the enemy, which is how I feel during some transactions - Failing Grade!

Yesterday I made an hour and 15 min drive to this store because it was the only one that had the items I was looking for in stock. As I was using the self-checkout, Bonnie noticed I had scanned something incorrectly. The issue was corrected and Bonnie stayed with me throughout the entire time. What stood out to me was how she took the time to ask me what I was making? Little did she know I was having an internal battle about not following through with my project. I showed her some pictures and she assured me I had the talent and was capable of selling my work. We chatted for about 10-15 minutes and as I was leaving, she told me I was going to do great and wished me the best of luck! I walked into this particular Home Depot, scared and self-doubting. I walked out of the store, a little more confident and excited! The best part, I made my first project and it sold the same day! THANK YOU BONNIE!! You were worth the drive!!

My cashier "Logan" provided awesome customer service! She assisted me in the purchase of a Ring Doorbell Pro and a Ring Floodlight Cam. I totally felt she went above and beyond in customer care. She was very patient and super friendly to boot. Kudos to an outstanding employee.

The store was well organized and the Customer Service personnel were very helpful setting up an appointment to have a new water heater installed. They answered all my questions and the water heater was installed 28 hours later.

We received the beat customer service from a young gentleman named Tekell in the flooring and blinds department. He answered all of our questions and then some! He helped us with carpet runners,special order window shades,blinds,a rug all while still offering customer service to other customer so smoothly. We were so impressed. Tekell is the guy to see if you want knowledge and he’s quick too, we were in and out faster than we anticipated. We were approached by many different orange apron wearing employees offering assistance and we didn’t even have to wait in a long line. A lady named Shelly stopped to help us and we could tell she was on her way to a break or lunch but she still stopped! Now that’s great service.There seemed to be so much help and the store was easy to walk through and clean. Most Home Depot’s are cluttered and we can’t fit a lumber cart down an aisle but this location is put together so that shopping is easy. It’s our new favorite store.

Very clean store! We are new to area and the customer service was awesome. We were approached and offered help several times which was very nice. We met the store manager, Alicia, on a prior shopping journey this week for new home purchases and she was so kind,helpful and down to earth. This is a great store and the employees were very friendly. They didn’t run and hide like they do at other locations or stores. I highly recommend! And we didn’t have to wait wait wait in line. A clerk greeted us and pulled us into her line immediately. Wish all stores had this level of service. Thanks to our new favorite store! Home Depot in Rancho Cordova on sunrise! What a warm neighborhood welcome!

I like shopping at this store because its clean and the the Customer Service desk are always very helpful and always outstanding thats one of many reason shop at there store!!!
