Purchased Cub riding mower, service person who helped me (Tony) was exceptional, polite and knowledgeable, as were the Home Depot folks who greeted me and the 2 cashiers who completed my purchase at the check-out counter.

Chris, at the Pro Desk, gave me excellent service. He was attentive to my special needs and requests. He took extra time and energy to complete my transaction. I would definitively Chris and his Team to others.

I came in looking for a floor model appliance. I found one and the staff assisted me from start to finish to locate an appropriate fit, clean it and load it into my car. It was a really great experience from start to finish.

This particular Home Depot has all the Milwaukee tools I need. whenever I do a search for tools this nis the one that pops up with what I need.

I've only shopped this store twice. Each time was a great experience. I will be shopping this store much more often than the others.

I always get good service at this Home Depot. However, today was remarkable! I’m gonna say at least four people on the floor asked me if I needed help. 1 actually walked with me to where I needed to be! The Customer Service was fabulous at the return counter. And I got to get products that I really needed! The self checkout guy was nice too!

I was attended to by Alex in appliances. He was excellent and answered all my questions and even researched information for me when asked.

The carpet we purchased was superior in every way and I didn't mind paying for this quality. The billing confusion was at best confusing. A $79 delivery charge was not stipulated on the original quote othrwise the shopping experience was great with friendly employees. They were a pleasure to associate with them which we were doubly pleased with the measurement technician who came to our house. He was extremely quick, helpful and informative.

Went to customer service to get a refund the person named Matthew was rude and unprofessional and didn’t know how to do refunds. Sent me away and I had to return the next day for help. And Matthew still couldn’t help me and tried to send me away again. I had to call a manager for help. Customer service is terrible here. I won’t shop here again.

Home Depot always has all of the items I need and this specific one in Rancho is always super easy to get help from an employee.

I recently bought a new home and the Rancho Cordova Home Depot has been so very helpful with things I need or tools I need or gardening I need for my new place. Everyone there is so polite and fun to work with. They enjoy their jobs and it shows!

I make 3000 cut outs a year for 8 schools,2 nursing homes a dozen neighborhood kids and adults. You are the only store that sells splinter free Sandyply. thank you

This store is very easy to get in and out of from the main road. Great nursery inventory.

Had a very bad experience at folsom homedepot store. So had to come to near by Rancho Cordova store. Here the employees were really good and helpful.

store staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I bought a washer and I installed it a week later and found out that there were issues with it and they refuse a refund because I didn't read the fine print.

Worst experience on any store because employees are so unprofessional

I came into the store to shop for something to cover up my window. The employee there was very helpful. Alejandro went through different options that I didn’t know existed. I picked a blind and he helped me to make the order for it. It was very simple and I’m satisfied with the blind I picked.

When one thinks of excellent service, Home Depot would not naturally spring to mind. I have to say, though, that every time I visit this store I receive wonderful service. The staff were eager to help and were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. At other stores, it has been common for me to wander around looking for employees to help. Here, I was approached for help, and the employees went over and above.

If ordering online and items are listed in stock at the store you may find that some of your order will be shipped into the store a week later (identical SKUs). Items that ARE in stock (in front of your eyes) will be listed as unavailable and items will be canceled without changing the item to being shipped instead. There is a huge disconnect between online ordering and in store purchases. Of course, when in store you are hard pressed to find someone wandering the aisles who will actually help without chasing someone down and practically begging them (the independent contractors in store are really great at advice or even knowing where items are though). I WILL say that yesterday when I was struggling to get heavy lumber into my vehicle the employee collecting carts quickly put on his gloves and asked if he could help. Yes, you angel of a man, and my shoulder surgeon thanks you!!! Managers, take note of the good things please, but change the lackadaisical attitude of those inside the store.

So I came in today and I needed help finding things to fix my fence I was really lost trying to find what I needed and then I saw an associate that was already occupied by other customers his name was George and I asked him if he can help me so he started showing me what I needed and gave me recommendations on how to fix it which helped out a lot, George In Lumber is very kind and respectful person.

Very friendly employees that clearly care about their customers. Always a great experience when going in this location.

I hate going to this store for returns. They have the most unprofessional and rude staff. I will sometimes go in the morning when they open at 6am bc the afternoon staff is so rude. On a side note, Scott, from the lumbar department is the most professional, helpful, kind person I’ve met. He is very pleasant to work with and always goes the extra mile to help you get what you need. I would rate him 10 stars if I could. But sadly bc of the customer service desk, I can’t stand this store.
