This store was clean and neat and cashier Michelle was very nice.

Love the store . Love Dunkin Doughnuts inside. Absolutely do not love "clipboard- salespeople" chasing me up and down aisles.-ex solar sales-surveys ...ect Like stationary salespeople selling appliances ect..being very helpful, blinds. paint, ect.. Clipboard roaming salespeople distract from overall great experience, and I believe they shorten people's shopping experience, I for one just wanted to leave store after guy wouldn't stop pitch, even after I said "not interested."

My husband and I have been coming to this store for the past 5 years. We have noticed that the store is looking cleaner than the past years. We have also felt that the customer service is getting better. Before it was hard to find a willing happy face. Now the employees smile more and offer assistance. I would personally like to see more of your online items for the holidays in your store.

Neat everything where it belongs .

The store is big but within each categories (especially electronics and plumbing) there needs to be a little diversity of inventory. I would much prefer to go to a store and examine an equivalent selection as offered online. browsing, seeing, and comparing physically is much more satisfying and compelling for purchase than just online.

One of the cleanest, best stocked an helpful Depots in the area. I highly recommend it.

Employees are very friendly and try to be helpful. My problem is mismangement of an order. I ordered floor measurment, installation and flooring material. Person came right out and measured. Flooring material order was placed and paid for. told would get a call regarding delivery date. Next installer called to set a date to install, and i informed him i had not gotten materials or a call. He suggested I call store. Told by store employee she did not see a date, but would check, and it would probably be weekend or first of week. She would call me and let me know. I never received a call. Saturday am a message is left on phone tried to deliver, no one home. Called store, told delivery would be 12:30, driver will call 30 min. before. No one showed. Called again, now told before 5:00 PM. Whole day wasted. Had appointments I had to cancel. Very, Very upset.

Hi have just moved to Massachusetts from living in Maine for 60 years. I have always shopped at Home Depot. I needed a few things we bought a gazebo for the deck we had shopped around and found they have the best Choice for the Money we were able to pay and pick up a couple days later the option for delivery was offered. I also bought plants for my yard I was very impressed with the quality and the choices at this particular store they pride themselves on keeping the plants watered and healthy. I am impressed with all the staff in each department their knowledge and being very helpful. The aisles were clean and easy to navigate I liked how you were asked if you needed help and if you did or did not get help they were always smiling Obviously a fun happy place to work. I would definitely refer this location before all other stores this location is my favorite.

Friendly associates, easy to shop.

Store assistants at tool rental section were super helpful and share their personal recommendation for a specific job i wanted to undertake. Ms Aekyoung was super helpful in offering me a mark down when i had to purchase single pieces Smart Tiles in larger quantity when the store ran out of the packs of 4. Alternatively, I would have to wait for the next shipment.
