I returned a damaged item that I was charged an extra $8.99 delivery charge for. I asked the associate to refund me the $8.99 and he said he would. Then as I was looking at my receipt I noticed he did not.

Nice, clean store. Look for Vince. He is a great help.

With the exceptions of a few items I feel the overall layout of the store is convenient for me! I only have an issue with stock being left in the middle of the isles! That sometimes makes it difficult to navigate the store!

The associates and managers at this Home Depot store consistently out-perform other competitor stores: They are very knowledgeable about home maintenance needs, products, and services. They spend time with customers to educate us so we know what specific products we can purchase in light of our specific home maintenance needs. This is especially valuable for DIY small projects. Great and outstanding employees there include: Bjorn, Nicole, and Janine. They go extra, extra miles to help customers. And you can tell they take pride in their job of helping customers solve their home maintenance problems.

I will always shop here unless I move out of the city

Didnt ask for help but the employees are friendly.

Very disappointed in how I was treated. Cashier refused to give me my Veteran discount, because their app wasn’t working. Even though I tried multiple times to give her my physical Veteran ID. She told me to “go outside and try it.” And that I “need to figure this out before coming into the store.” As if I’d done something wrong. I’m already registered for Vet discounts on the app and everything.

While looking for blinds cut to size, the staff went out of their way to explain how they cut the blinds and how to hang them, they went above and beyond to be helpful

I purchased 3 appliances and was so impressed with the young man who helped me. Such a pleasant, polite and helpful person! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would go to this store again because of how helpful all of the staff were, but specifically this young person.

Asked Laura who was chatting with another associate in the wood department for assistance picking out and cutting a piece of wood for me. I was dismissed by both and directed to the hobby section, which is not the type of wood I needed and I told them I needed plywood. If they didn’t know how to do it or anything about wood, they should have directed me to the person who did know. I had to walk around and found someone in the paint department that helped me find the right wood and cut it for me.

David in the Garden Center has amazing personal skills.

Karen from Flooring is exceptional. She provides great advice and explanation in our hardwood floor project. She looked for information for items that she is not sure about to provide us with the best possible information to make our decision. She was patient and did everything in a very organized manner. We are fortunate to be working Karen.

I was looking for the perfect tool box for my needs. I was greeted by a store employee who was very helpful (i regret I didn't get his name). When checking out he thanked me for my service for both military and law enforcement. Definitely will shop Home Depot Quincy again.

We have been to many hardware stores but never had an experience as great as we did with Jason! He went above and beyond offering great product knowledge of various sections throughout the store.

Great shopping experience for an older female shopper as I can be very intimidated by the size of these stores. Also, I am not as knowledgeable in home repairs and products. Danny I think his name was ( had a beard and pony tail) in the tools dept. provided great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about a tool accessory I needed. Peggy F.was my cashier and she was very pleasant, cheerful and provided great customer service as well. I will be returning to this store because of my latest shopping experience with these 2 associates. Kudos!

I gentleman helped me find a lightbulb I was looking for. I had the old one with me and he was so very helpful. He made sure it was exactly the same one including the color (bright, soft etc). He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and persistent. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank You.

I shop at this store often for around the house DIY items. Lately I have been buying lots of bird seed, & I visit after work for small items like a garden hose spray nozzle, fasteners & 15 years ago when my hot water heater failed on a Sunday HD had a replacement on the shelf which was awesome because my son was just a baby then & thanks to HD he enjoyed a hot bath that night.

Don't be in a hurry if you come to this location of H.D. Employees here act like we are here as an inconvenience to them. Block off isles to get merchandise down and then in the middle of it appear to go on break ... certainly not get their business done and over ... just tell customers, "oh, well, this area (electrical) is going to be closed for a while" ... close off two complete isles of Electrical to everyone ... and then say you don't know how long it's going to take ... but it's going to be a while! It was to retrieve brown paper bags from overhead ... not even merchandise for a specific customer's needs! Do it early or do it late ... but not at about noon on Saturday when the store is packed ... ... bunch of imbeciles!

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what I need and have a great selection of plants . I always feel welcome in this store.

Great Service, I'm a long time customer for over 20 years and a home builder for the past 3 in the area of Quincy having remodel multiple properties, I'd like to commend Joe at the pro-desk for his top notch professionalism and attention to detail and dedication to customers although he is busy employee he takes his time to ensure that long time customers like myself get the specific products you need he is knowledgeable and attentive, I will always buy and refer people to this store even though I had a horrible experience once doing a return with Melinda the Store manager.

It is awesome having items I need on the shelf close by & at great prices. 5 years ago my hot water heater failed on a Sunday and with an infant at home I needed a replacement ASAP. I was so happy to find the model I needed @ a great price on the shelf at Home Depot. I live close by and am a frequent customer in fact the light bulb in my fridge went out & I stopped by yesterday for a replacement & last week for some bird seed.

The store is set up nicely. Employees always around to help you with questions. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Great store
