Every time I go into my favorite Home Depot, there is one cashier who I actually look forward to seeing. Thank you Home Depot for such a great employee in Praf !

Tried to buy a chair from the store. No tag on the chair, asked for assistance from the customer service desk. Cathy couldn't find it, got frustrated. Told me she was to busy, someone from lawn and garden would have to help. She called someone, no one showed. I Googled it, found it on my own... have no idea what it was on sale for. Unfortunately I couldn't buy the chair.

Best Customer Service team! I love this location and how incredibly helpful all of the associates are!

The male cashier Luther came to talk to me a woman while I was alone in my car to tell me not to use cashier services next time and to go directly to customer service. I explained that we had no way of knowing the item would not fit into the car before-hand, and he kept repeating not to come to cashier services next time said not to come talk to him afterwards. The customer service woman was rude, got upset when I asked a question and asked us if we had enough money to make the purchase. I have never been treated so rudely in a Home Depot before and it is a shame to treat a customer who spent so much money in your store like that. The only person who was nice and helped us get our purchased item into the car was the employee in the Rental Section. Your employees need to take a course in respect. We spent a lot of money at their store today to be treated like this. Inacceptable.

This is my favorite store period! Always feel very welcomed. Customer service is the main feature of this store. Always finding almost everything I need. Great people working here!!!

installation of micorwave unsuccessful- Was told by 1st intallers had to remove a row of tile- that handyman cost me $150, 2nd installation unsuccessful-was told I need to remove a screw in order to install. same handyman came out & said unncessary, so I had him install it right then&there. He showed me the removal of the row of tile wasn't needed he had plenty of space & didn't encroach into the tile- if we had removed the screw & repositioned it, the next installers couldn't have installed it so it would of had to have been removed again for a 3rd unsuccessful installation- INCOMPETENCE cost me out of my pocket $250 (even though I got a refund for installation Im still out of pocket $120-Which I want refunded back to me. (Yes I have pictures to support all of this) This isn't my 1st go round with incompetent installation either - had similar experience over a year ago on my closet door install from same home depot store. Would never recommend installation again!

These people are so indifferent to customer service. They run from you instead of to you. They think we are an inconvenience-Ha. We are their paycheck! They never know where anything is, or "it's not their area". LOUSY INCOMPETENT.

I have been going to this store for last 1 year and all my experiences has been great.

Extremely helpful throughout

It's often hard to find products in the store based on the app. Sometimes it's not out on the shelf but is stored up top. Home depot should come up with a better management system. Also it's clingy to ask customers to fill out surveys.

The employees and the Home Depot app - so I can find what I need quickly and efficiently make for a great experience at the Home Depot store near my house.

wanted to use store credit on a special order to be shipped. Randy D and Cathy went above and beyond to help me use my credit.

The man in the front his name is Luther he took care of me from the time I walked in the door until the time I left he's an awesome person. I'm a mom of five I know nothing about fixing things and my dog chewed up a hole in my wall in my garage he showed me where I needed to go and what I needed to get to patch up that hole and it worked. I didn't want to pay somebody $300 for something I could do for $15.

When buying a Christmas tree from this location, be prepared to secure your own tree! The young kids they have helping are not so friendly. They’ll sit and watch you struggle unless they think you’ll tip them great. All 4 boys assisted a couple in front of me & then when it was my turn, they walked inside and sat down on their coolers. Picking and choosing

Had an issue with paint shades not be correctly mixed. Kaitlyn in Customer Service helped me by going beyond the usual good customer service that Home Depot on Precinct Line Rd, NRH gives. Made me feel like a valued customer!!

Be sure to check all items in box are there. Bought air conditioner got home parts and instruction manual missing. Had to return and get a different one. And had to pay extra to guy who was installing due to time.

I ordered supplies for my contractor and picked them up myself using the curbside pickup. The customer service person was to my truck within 5 minutes, was extremely friendly and explained where the pickup area was, said Josh would have my order for me when I got there. I drove to the pickup area and Josh was there with my order, loaded the items and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. What a big difference than the HD store that is closer to my house. It took me 2 hours to pick up 30 studs and a door. I have to go back to that store to pickup the 7 windows I ordered at the same time. I wonder how long it will take me to pick them up!!! I will only shop at store #6533 in the future.

Great Staff! The entire team of associates are VERY helpful, ready to answer questions, show you were to look for items, and make recommendations about items to look for. Clean Store! What more can you say? Have you ever been in a supply store where trash was all around, stuff blocking the aisles, and empty displays? THIS IS NOT THAT! Found it all! Everything on our list was in stock except for 2 items... but Shelby called a sister store nearby and located them, and connected us so we could pick them up conveniently. Our experience purchasing a number of items for a new home was so good, we will drive a few extra miles to get to Store #6533 in NRH because you're worth coming back to! We have a new FAVORITE Home Depot!

Prices displayed are outdated, Some employees in the paint department are highly unprofessional and need extra customer service training. When asked to explain pricing was given vague information, paint department wasn't even aware of the current sales promotion by Behr. Prices displayed on counters are wrong and give the impression of much better pricing. You are also not told that different varieties are more money than advertised. ie; flat vs. satin or semi-gloss.
