VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, EVEN WHEN I DID NOT NEED ASSISTANCE THE EMPLOYEES TOOK TIME TO ASSIST ME. I ACTUALLY SOMETIMES ATTEMPT TO AVOID THE EMPLOYEES SO THAT DON'T ASK ME IF I NEED HELP BUT I AM GLAD THEY HELPED ME. THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT EVERY TIME I VISIT. I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION SOON.

The customer service desk at this store is A plus in friendliness, attitude, and the store employees throughout are happy and helpful which reflects a great management team. Truly the Flagship Home Depot in the area. Shawn, Sydney and Erica are awesome st the customer service desk!

Prices are reasonable than any other stores in city of Prattville. All staff members are very polite, helpful and very well trained to handle immediate respond.

Went in to purchase a riding lawn mower and had the best customer service ever. Sydney, Emily and Chelsey were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. And there was a little young lady at the customer service/return desk that helped us and she was amazing as well Best customer service in this area

The store is laid out nice. Aisles aren’t crowded with items. Easy to find what you’re looking for and, if you can’t find, always an employee nearby to help.

Cathy, the lady in garden store was extremely helpful & friendly. She got me 2 other people to help me in Garden store. HD didn’t have the product I was looking for. But I bought 3 really nice looking roses & stargazer lilies.

I live in south Montgomery county, and drive to Prattville because of the traffic and other problems getting to the Montgomery store on East Blvd. It is just easier to drive to Prattville than to go out east I-85 to the Chantilly store also.

I love to go to Home Depot. The staff is very friendly. I've never had to search far for an associate to assist me. Associates are always willing to help. Check out is great because they usually have plenty of staff, even at self-checkout. Great products and great prices. I will keep shopping here

The store is amazing with customer service. However once you purchase appliances your given to the wolfs. The delivery company was supposed to deliver a washer, dryer and fridge. They ended up delivering two dryers and started arguing with my wife on our purchase. It got so bad I had to take off work because I didn't trust my wife safety with these issues. I once loved Home Depot it was my main resource for anything I needed to complete a job. However After this experience I don't feel like its the same store anymore. I ended up calling Home Depot corporate only to be transferred to a car insurance agency. I don't know what is going on with Home Depot anymore. I honestly wish this wasn't the case however I feel like after I pay my card off from Home Depot I will remove them from my family's life. I have never seen so many issues take place and lead a loyal customer to look for other options.
