I shop at this store multiple times per week and am always satisfied with my experience.

The associates here are very helpful and friendly. The store is clean, and well stocked.

Every time I go into the store I am greeted and helped. I visit the store at least twice a week and walk out with what I need every time.

I recommend the Home Depot to anyone in need of home improvement. help is always available, service very friendly.

The lady who helped us with our appliance purchase for our new home was extremely awesome. She made sure we were happy with our purchase and made sure that it was a price that we could afford.

I love Home Depot and would rather spend more on the same item than go to a different hardware store. All except the Prattville location. That places is like being diagnosed with a terminal illness.

They have a well stocked store that is neat and arranged well. I often buy pool salt, garden items and home maintenance products.

I came into the store looking for a particular section. I was at the front counter to ask this question. The customer service agent looked at me and left me to help someone else. I felt there was something wrong with the way I looked. I addressed it to a manager but no satisfaction from no one. This store is the worst. I will be posting on FACEBOOK to my 5000 friends.

I recently visited the location in Prattville, AL and the staff was friendly and helpful. One male employee even assisted me in finding an item I was looking for which is unique now a days.

Purchased drill/driver kit, looking forward to using it.

I have purchased online for several items because online shopping states out of stock in store. Not bad but I would rather be able to get at store and not have to wait for shipping

I VISITED THIS STORE TO PURCHASE THREE APPLIANCES; AN ELECTRIC LG RANGE, A LG REFRIGERATOR, AND A LG WASHER. I COULDN'T PURCHASE THESE APPLIANCES BECAUSE I LIVED OVER 80 MILES AWAY AND THEY COULDN'T BE DELIVERED AND I THEY ALL WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. SO THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD PURCHASE THESE APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE.

I needed 3 new lock sets for our kids new house in Alabaster, Al. and using our local HD I had my items handy . We had our backsplash tile and extended screws for the swichplates all in one transaction Thank you for our Prattville Home Depot

We bought a log splitter because we have a wood burning heater we use in the winter time and our log splitter is very old and broken. This log splitter is very easy to use, fast and helps to keep us warm. The Service we received was amazing and we are grateful for the staff that went above and beyond for us.

The paint department is very friendly and helpful in all kinds of ways the main reason I shop there!

Amanda went above and beyond. I accidently left part of my purchase in the parking lot. She saw it and took it to the service desk. I am extremely greatful!

Again, Home Depot proved that they are the Home Improvement Store of choice in Prattville. It’s really about the associates, and theirs are more knowledgeable and helpful than their competitors.

My wife and I visit this location for the very first time and we had an exciting experience the staff was truly nice and very patient with all the questions my wife had to ask, Yes I would recommend this store the bathroom was Clean and even though the store an hour away it is well worth the ride .

Was returning a item,and searching for a battery for my solar windchimes,customer service Brittney, was very helpful,told me area to find them,but to my surprise, came up telling me,pointing out to there exact location. I found this to be to the most professional attitude, and caring to my needs..I advised her manager bill,of my experience, and Brittney helpful,professional attitude, and that she should be rewarded for this. Awesome job Brittney

Outstanding customer service; regardless of when we visit. Employees are helpful and always availabe to answer questions and or provide assistance. The store is always clean and items are easily found.

GREAT PRODUCTS AROUND

I placed a order on line, part of the order I had sent to my home, the small compact freezer I ordered was sent to the store, I got a email that it was at store ready for pickup. It takes 1 hour one way. I got to store ,no one in line, everything was quick. Worker brings it around on cart. I noticed box looked rough,so I asked her to lay it on its side so I could see the bottom of shipping box. It had no bottom, some of the packing was broken and missing. Straps were loose. It was clear that it had been dropped so hard it came out of the box. I could not believe that Home Depot would have a customer come to get a item ,already paid for, that had been handled so bad that the shipping box was destroyed. They gave me a full refund. But it was a waste of gas and time.

Our Home Depot store has amazing management and staff that go well above and beyond to help their customers. I will be back much more often. A big shout out to the new associate Trish, for her initiative and enthusiasm. You are 5 stars!

I've been working to improve the appearance of my home and everything I needed to be able to do it, Home Depot was the best place for me and the experience was great. I was able to get the job done because of the great service I received and product availability Home Depot came through for me.
