The store was clean and well organized. it was well stocked but a little short on help in the departments. Most employees were friendly.

The Prattville Home Depot store is exceptionally good. The aisles are well marked so I could easily find the merchandise that I needed. The Self Checkout associate provided the most exceptional experience I have had at any store. I'll definitely return for future purchases.

The other day, I bought 60 bricks and 4 bags of top soil. Two employees not only helped me out to the car with them, they loaded my car - with a wonderful attitude and so much willingness to please. Great training going on there! Keep up the good work.

I have done a lot of DIY and hired contractor work in my homes through the years. That takes me to many stores such as Home Depot. I've never been in a store with a better crew than the Home Depot in Prattville, AL. It doesn't matter if you're buying a gallon of paint or remodeling your kitchen, you get the same friendly service. If there's a need for service after the sale, I never seen a store any better. They are the best. I can't say enough good about this store and its employees.

Always has a good selection of materials and tools. Store is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Store needs new management to handle the customer traffic properly so that customers are not burdened by the actions that a manager chooses for customers to accomplish to come and go during browsing or shopping the store. The appearance of the store has a special front as does most Home Depots which should be better handled by the proper mindful manager who controls employment and its daily traffic. Aside from runaway children occupying a store who's parents cannot control them properly this COVID-19 pandemic has to have parental control above those of management & employees. There's no reason that there are two exit doors in the very center of the facility and they not be being used for that purpose which leads to streaming off a route from the exit to the right side entrance which needs two streams of customers instead of one. The staff needed to control entrance and exits must have at least two maybe three plus the garden shop needs to have a cash register for customers that want to pay on their way out and have a choice to gather up more merchandise before getting into their vehicle and leaving the premise. I hope you will elect to do this instead of the way it is being handled now, the lumber side of the store has a register. If those changes are made sure I would recommend the store in the future & a excellebt rating when its better.

The associate in the garden area was very friendly and helpful. But please advise cashier's to not take the initiative of choosing whether a customer would like an email or paper receipt without their permission. Please allow customers to make their choice as a customer deserves good customer service. Mostly, I usually have a good experience at this location.

There is a difference when it comes to who helps you at this store. If you are not satisfied with what you're hearing walk away and come back later and have someone else help you.

The store in Prattville Alabama was very clean the items I needed was easy to locate and the staff was very helpful and friendly I would definitely come back

Bought a zero turn mower that was put together by an outside company that Home Depot uses and found loose bolts before i bought it and tightened up at the store. Brought it home and found more loose hardware and a missing tow hitch bracket. i drove another 20 mile round trip to pick up the bracket and be told by management that they don't always install them due to theft. Well if you are going to be inconsistent, then you need to insure the customer gets the part before they leave the store. I feel that was a poor answer by management and his attitude showed it. Definitely would not buy a product that was assembled at that store again.

This store has consistently over promised delivery on big ticket items. Management will not cooperate other than a cursory ”I’m sorry”.

Every time I visit this store, I've always received warm and caring assistance. From the time I enter there's a welcome, when searching there's a rep willing to help and at checkout, there's a rep willing to help in any way possible. Finally, there is a warm farewell (even a hug or 2 if they think you're having a bad day). Amazing store all around!

Words cannot express how much I enjoy going to my Prattville Home Depot. I love Tyler and the guy in the wheelchair. I can't tell you how many times I am greeted by their smile and their knowledge as to what I need has always exceeded my expectation. Both are quick, smart and ready to always joyfully serve in whatever capacity. All other employees also seem eager to help and direct you in the way you need to go. You don't have to search for someone to help you. They are readily available to assist once you walk in the door. They are not only competent but have heart and it shows.

The store had just what I was looking for. I needed an outdoor ceiling fan for my deck, and they had a nice variety to choose from. Store clerks were nice and helpful. I always shop here instead of the "other big box" home supply across the street. This is definately my go to home supply store!!
