On par with other Home Depot stores. HD stores are usually clean, neat and well stocked. This store is the same. The ‘self-checkout’ registers are great and Lowe’s has finally realized this fact and added them. Though theirs are NOT as nice in terms of screen interface, etc. I didn’t have any interaction with associates cuz I handled my own shopping and checkout. I do appreciate that HD has not shifted it’s tool offerings to more store brand versus ‘quality’ tool vendors. Husky is a good ‘value’ brand for us handyman and DIYers so please keep offering.

The Store was clean and you will like the way you will be treated with respect and friendly employees at the home Depot

Great store!! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The entire thing took less than half an hour. This included applying for a credit card and buying a lawn mower. All the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The cashier, Chelsea was great. The store as clean and organized well. Great store!

NO HELP FROM EMPLOYEES, WHEN ASKED AN EMPLOYEE TO HELP ME WAS TOLD HE WAS GOING TO GET SOMETHING, BUT HE DID TELL ME WHAT AISLE I COULD FIND BLINDS ON ,AFTER WALKING AROUND TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE, SAW A LOT OF EMPLOYEES LOOKING AT PHONES, WAS TOLD BY EMPLOYEE CLEANING CARTS,THAT IT WAS A SLOW DAY AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO FIND WHAT I NEED(WITH THE EXCEPTION MENTIONED IN THIS SURVEY) AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF HAS BEEN GOOD ESPECIALLY AS GOOD MENTIONED IN THIS SURVEY.

We enjoy going to the Prattville Store it always has what we need and the special buys is an added plus. The store was clean and the personal were helpful.

Horrible attitudes by both management and cashier. Ronda and JJ specifically. Store was an amazing shopping experience with old store manager (Greg). The CSR's have completely lost all respect for the customers, and management does nothing about it. No apology, no questions.. just shrug it off. Will visit Montgomery stores from here out. 1 star because they don't allow 0 stars!

Store was clean, products were stocked however some of the employees could have shown abit more compassion when it comes to customer service.

I had purchased a Troy Bilt pressure washer and the second day it would not crank. I called Home Depot and talk to Lisa and she said bring everything back and they would work their magic. Michael helped get it out of the car and Frye Helped as far as getting my new pressure washer. Britney was my cashier and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Home Depot.
