I was in looking at refrigerators for well over 5 mins. 2 employees stood at the register and chatted. They even looked directly at me, but never asked if I needed help. I left without buying one. Then when I went to checkout with the bulbs, the line was long because no one was there to direct people to empty cash registers.

Generally friendly staff at this store, I am able to get help most of the time. My worst experience here was finding some associates who knew nothing at all about lawn mowers, could not answer any of my questions, pretty much deserted me and I wound up at a different location where I got help and confidence buying. For lawn mowers probably go to Arbor Walk.

I bought some shelves and was happy until I needed help carrying out of the store. 2 associates said they called for help that never came. I got tired of waiting and literally used a cart and dragged the shelves out as I was struggling an employee tried to help but was far too weak to be helpful other employees saw this and didn't offer to help, they must have been too busy ignoring me to help.

Please water plants before we come in to store NOT when we are in the store we like to Buy plants but couldn't Because you were spraying with water all the plants

Left one HomeDepot (Hutto) to go to this one. Looking for help on a product with a life time warranty. I met the most amazing two employees. In 65 years I dont think I have been treated any better in any store ever. Brandy, I met in the power tool isle. This wonderful, witty and charming Lady stayed with me and walked me through the process. The item no longer offered, became an issue. She just smiled and did research for me. She never sent me to some one else but stayed with me. She introduced me to Sally at the customer help desk. Sally was delightful. Charming, funny and went out of her way to solve this problem.. These two Ladies made the time there very pleasant. This is my new store, and these two ladies my new best friends.

They have more products in stock than some of the other stores!

Thank you Mike for helping me find my first purchase of my first drill! He went out of his way to help me find a great price on a Milwaukee still! As I was walking out I saw him displaying that same kindness to other customers. Terrific team!

Covid 19 is spreading in Travis county faster now than it was before the country was shut down. Masks help protect people who spend time near the wearer by limiting the amount of virus that is shed by potentially symptomless carriers. As such, masks should be thought of as social protective devices, that is they protect the people around the wearer more that the wearer themselves. It's disappointing and aggravating that I saw somewhere between 10% and 25% of employees working without facial coverings, which included stocking and assisting customers. Employees may not be concerned about catching Covid19 but management should be concerned about employees passing the disease on to customers and other employees. Management needs to require the use of masks by all employees who come into contact with customers to help protect customers from contracting the disease while shopping at this store.

This store ignores their customers and when they finally help you out after chasing them down, they give you bad information or outright lie to get rid of you. Their Customer Service returns department also ignores you and is highly transactional with their customers. They are still better than attempting to shop online. My online order was way off and I was told to go see a store to figure it out when I called in for support.

Sally at the customer service counter went out of her way to ensure I was able to purchase the new flooring that I wanted. Even though this store did not have the quantity I needed I was able to make my purchase at this location and set up my pick up from another location

During the local Coronavirus quarantine orders, I had to go to this Home Depot to purchase a tube of silicone caulk to repair a shower that was leaking and damaging the drywall. I purchased a tube, used the self checkout, and went home. When I opened the tube, I found that it had been previously cut open, used, and returned and was dried up and unusable. Since returning to the store twice in one day during a pandemic event didn't seem like a smart thing to do, I called the store and asked them to assist me over the phone. No flexibility wahtsoever. They blatantly refused, citing that their return policy requires the customer to appear in person. It was bad enough that I had to go into a public store to begin with during this, but to demand that a customer risk their health and safety to rectify a problem with a $5 purchase is ludicrous. Apparently my future patronage at THD isn't worth $5 of goodwill during an unprecedented disease emergency.

I had a bad experience at another Home Depot, and refused to patronize any Home Depot store for a period of nearly five years. The Pflugerville store was built less than a couple of miles from my house, so I gave them a try when I needed some supplies in a hurry. This has been MY STORE since. Lots of courteous, helpful, intelligent staff; clean store; well stocked for my needs.

My family and I enjoy coming to this store location. The staff is very kind and always ready to assist. As often as we are there, they even know us by name! I am thankful to have the location and staff in our community as they make shopping there a breeze.

One day they were short on staff.over all the help from the staff that were able to help me fined the right tools were grate! I was able to get what I was looking for with help easily. Men's Restroom was clean as well as the store.at checkout I was treated with a smile and she asked "did you fined everything alright?"

Quit relocating products for no discernible reasons, especially when there is no one around to help you find it. Police your shelf price stickers to insure that they are accurate. I was in the store one month ago and pointed out an incorrect price on a product and it still has not been changed. Nail shoplifters to the wall....the sign in your bathroom about prosecuting shoplifters is a joke. I am tired of continually increasing prices to pay for Home Depot's failure aggressively to interdict thieves. On the whole your associates do a good job, but they are stretched too thin most of the time. I pity the electrical department workers who must cover 6 aisles that are clustered in 2 widely separated parts of the store.

No one asked if I needed help in finding specific products in garden or lighting.

WENT TO GET ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT OF PATIO DOORS AND FRONT DOOR MET WITH KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE THAT ASSISTED ME AND PROVIDED ME WITH OPTIONS; THE RESEARCH OPTIONS AVAILABLE THAT MADE MY DECISION EASIER; I HAD GONE TO OTHER STORES BUT THERE NO COMPARISON WITH THE ASSSIATANCE PROVIDED BY THEIR EMPLOYEESI I DECIDED TO PURCHASE BOTH DOORS AND A GREAT PRICE AND SAVINGS;

Normally the story is pretty good last couple times I've went it's been real poor service and no checkouts are open they use self-checkout that's a disgrace this loss of employees jobs not to mention you don't have a employee telling the customer thank you and come back for your business.

The employees at this Home Depot location went over and above to be friendly and helpful to me on "Black Friday".

Returns cashier on Nov 7th mid shift (3pm) was rude and condescending while I was trying to return a unused construction helmet. I was told that I entered the exit and next time I would have to enter elsewhere. Why? That Thursday the weather was cold, wet, and windy so I was just trying to get out of the elementals and was spoken to as if I’m a common thief. Company that employees me spends a lot of money at your Home Depot and from now on I will take my our business to Round Rock or Howard Lane. No excuse for this behavior.

Great store that has a rental shop. Very friendly folks and easy to access in Plugerville.

It’s been months since visiting the Pflugerville Hone Depot. I must say that I was amazed of the remodeling in the front-end of the store and on the inventory shelves. Great look. Sale associates are very professional and courteous. Today I must say that the associate by the name of Teddy provided the best experience of customer service.

If your contract to the pro desk here at this Home Depot is second to none Amari Christine Emma Paula Sarah Yolanda David and Tony go out of their way to ensure that each and every customer is well taken care of. If you have any questions about paint would need a paint color matched bear in Jim in the paint department are second to none their knowledge their professionalism and their customer service is beyond reproach and beyond compare. Elvino and plumbing can answer any plumbing question you have. Crystal at the front end and the customer service desk is absolutely incredible after these people that I name though you’ll be hard-pressed to find an answer with some of their weekend and nighttime help especially.

Employees, were quick to help find what I was looking for and even offered to help pick out lumber.

This store is the most consumer friendly store that I associate with. Although, all Home Depot stores are friendly, this is, by far, the best. Others may take a little longer, but they still interact with the consumers faster than other retail stores.
