Customer service is outstanding especially with Teddy

Lonnie at the Pflugerville location was so nice and helped us tremendously

I was visiting from out of town for thanksgiving and getting appliances for my rental properties. This Home Depot was much better than any of the ones I have been to.

For years this was THE Home Depot store. Great customer service, displays were immaculate. Now it’s just another big box, can’t find employees when you need help, empty shelf when app says they got 50. Guess ok is now good enough.

This store has had a long line of poor management. It is always out of stock on items that should be generally available. This is not an unusual occurrence. Plan on being frustrated when shopping in this store and head to the HUTTO Home Depot to find what you are looking for. There are never enough cashiers, and they really want everyone to self-checkout. It is very aggravating.

Veteran associates are good and generally friendly. New hires avoid engagement unless prompted. This store has significantly declined in the quality of its customer service over the last few years.

I was looking for stuff for my DIY project. Mariam Bayer helped me to get it what I want and helped me to checkout. She tried to answer all the questions I had. In a nutshell I had great customer service experience.

Cashier Sally is unpleasant

I came to this Home Depot looking for some replacement lightbulbs. I was looking around the store and “Teddy” a sales associate found me and took me to the correct isle. He was able to look at all my old bulbs and direct me to the correct products helping me figure out the size, watts, and correct color. He was very helpful and made my shopping experience super quick and easy!

Ordered paint online and had a room painted. Went back for more paint and didn't match. Took it back and come to find out they didn't add ANY TINT to the initial Paint I ordered. So now stuck with a paint color that was not my choice, because the work is done. Clearly a PROFESSIONAL PAINT STORE should be used to purchase the paint. I know the $200 I spent on paint and Labor is a drop in the HD Orange Bucket and means nothing to a Corporation, but is a lot for me.

It was good price for this appliance.

Shout out to the Pflugerville Home Depot. I find myself venturing off to visit many of the departments as my projects come up and have found a pretty consistent level of customer friendly decisions being made at Home Depot where the customer is valued and welcomed. From Hector in Lumber to Sally assisting with Returns, these are the types of people who keep me as a loyal member of the family. Keep up the amazing work. In a dark world of disgruntled employees, lack of skill/will/talent and no care whatsoever about the customer experience - Home Depot shines and I know this is no accident!

This is the 2nd time in a row I left with a heartwarming experience. 2 different employees, both approached me to ask of I needed assistance and both went above and beyond. I just feel so comfortable and valued as a customer at this specific store. Everytime

Most times, I find what I need for my project's!!!

I approached a packed paint counter with only one person working and taking care of a crowd of customers. I anticipated this would be a tideous and time consuming task. Surprisingly, Makayla, moved through the customers fast with poise and professionalism. I can’t say we shared the same poise, as I didn’t have all the info she needed to help me paint match. This is where your store went far beyond my expectations. Makayla, checked other store inventories stock. She then reached out to the vendor via text and followed up with a phone call, to help me figure out some options. I was blown away with the level of service I received at your store store. Other honorable mention employees that added to my experience were Jetem and Alondra.

Casher at check out is very friendly

Cashier Sallie, went above and beyond helping a cashier help me do a return. She saved me a trip to Hutto to return a fridge.

Home Depot Pflugerville charlie is the best

I've always had such good experiences with the staff at this location. In fact, there's another location slightly closer to me, but this one has a different vibe to it. Comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent visit caused me to post this review. I was assisted by a gentleman named Teddy. He stopped what he was doing just to ask me if I needed help. He went as far as to locate a set of stairs from a few aisles down after reviewing what I need with a picture on my phone (the exact were not in stock but he had a suggestion), got a box of lightbulbs down from the very top and pull out a single box for me. I would've walked away with empty handed if he hadn't approached me. He asked my name, told me his, and told me it was very nice to meet me. And that was it. I walked away with a warm heart at his kindness and was just blown away. This service doesn't happen often at other stores these days. I got home and the bulbs were perfect.

I ask for gutter and the old guy showed me where they were,. In a different store an old guy got happy because finally the screws fit my dining table. And he was explaining the screw differences.

We just visited to get our Christmas tree, great selection, very helpful and friendly employees (James and Ana) and a lovely tree!

This store is always so well kept and organized. The employees are always happy to help. The store always has what a need, Quick service. Love this HomeDepot

This store was the best Home Depot I have ever been in. The employees who helped me were outstanding.

Casey in the tool rental department was on point! Knew his stuff and got me back to my day quickly. Home Depot is my business to go to for tools. Which I go to far too often for not being a contractor! Always a good experience!

I have made several large appliance purchases over the years from Home Depot... They are generally, friendly and helpful. I was looking for a Refrigerator and a certain color and brand, but was influenced to buy another brand... So far I'm very satisfied with Home Depot.

Super impressed that they had enough flooring in stock for the one we wanted to cover 2200 Sq ft. Also, fast and efficient in checking us out.

At the store I was greeted warmly an employee shook my hand and thanked me for my service, he helped me find exactly what I needed for an obscure project and made a good recommendation. He listen to me and made me feel important.

Your Employee Teddy was very profession, courteous and provided me with outstanding customer service. He went above the call of duty. I was try to purchase a ceiling fan for my home , but I did not want to purchase your last Hunter Antero ceiling fan on your showroom floor, bc it was a damaged box. I asked Teddy for assistance, I asked him if the store had more boxes of this specific type or fan that i wanted to buy , then he sprung into action without hesitation. He scanned the boxes , found the item in another aisle, then went to get a ladder, but the Hunter fan were on the top shelf under 6 boxes, so he got a electric lift and stacked the boxes into his lift, he was very careful and awesome to watch. This is want I call Fantastic customer service. This guy is the symbol of excellent customer service. He represents your store with high standards. Thank you for all you guys do on a daily basis and especially to Teddy for your service to Home Depot and your Customers.
