I live very close to this store. Every time I shop there, I feel home. Staff are all friendly by greeting customers. They are ready to help by directing people to the right isles. They are experts in many things people need and I would say they know what they are doing. There couldn't be any better services than employees working at this store, from locating items you need to offering info on how to use what you purchase, to loading items into your cars and working something out for you, purchase. They are just excellent! Home

I have nothing but the greatest respect for the hardworking and caring employees at this location. I rented one of the vans and mistakenly left my cell phone in the vehicle. This was not realized until late at night. I drove to the store, even though it was closed, and called the store number. My fingers were crossed hoping someone would answer after hours. Thankfully, someone did and were more than willing to come out to unlock the vehicle so I could recover my phone. I am extremely grateful for their late night act of kindness.

The employees at this location go above and beyond, and it’s also refreshing to see the diversity of the employees.

Worst service from Jesus, looks at you like if you don’t have money to buy stuff i was trying to get something worth $3,000 looked at me crazy, said I will be back 30min later he is laughing with other people instead of coming back or sending help my way!!! When I told my husband let’s go!! Mario walked my way!! He help me and answered all my questions if it wasn’t for him Lowe’s would’ve been luck today. Thanks (Mario)(Israel) for being so helpful and helping me load Home Depot needs more people like you!!!

I absolutely LOVE this store! Their customer service is consistently TOP NOTCH. I love the way there is always a floor clerk nearby and offering to assist you!

I’m writing about my paint experience which was phenomenal. They know what they are doing. I had a wall and ceiling paint matched exactly. Brought in little swatches from painted tape from the wall seams and now we don’t have to paint the whole ceiling or laundry room.

It’s a great store to shop at. I really like this store.

Clean store easy to navigate with friendly employees. Tool counter staff was ready and able to assist quickly with good direction and suggestions.

Robin the customer service Team Member and also the cashier was extremely helpful in a return I needed to make and also she was my cashier and remembered me and my DL # as I did not have my Home Depot Card. She went above and beyond and made my shopping experience much better.

I would say that the older Asian checkout lady was the nicest and just good at her job! I will specifically come back to this store because of her. She put me in a good mood:)

Christina at the pro desk is always so helpfull. no matter how busy she is. and you can tell that she has a lot of irons in the fire every single day.

This store is always out of STOCK on items I look for. No matter how many times I have commented to the store management it never gets better. I have been a customer of this store since it was opened and this has been an issue since Day one.

The associate Shaun at the return desk is fast and friendly. I entered the store having the worse day ever and left smiling and in a great mood!

Leah Thomason is one of the flooring department staff and the reason I’m writing this review it to let Home Depot know that you have an amazing employee. I usually do not write that many reviews and definitely this is my first one for Home Depot. Leah had help me with my previous purchase when I did my house flooring. At that time I really did not know what I was doing and she really helped guided me into getting the proper amount and proper supplies that was needed by my contractor. Today I came back to get more flooring product purchases for my rental property, and when I saw LeaH, I felt so relief and I knew that I will be well taken care of. I am definitely a very happy customer today because of Leah’s personal, patience, and professional flooring experience. She took excellent care of me today. Thank you Leah for your superb service.

Store was clean. Most employees keeping busy. A sales associate, older male, in the wood department, was very rude. My boyfriend, had flagged him, guy continued to walk in the opposite direction. Boyfriend followed the guy and asked for his assistance. Asked a question about culled wood. The guy didn't answer his question. Instead, made a very crude remark. He seemed bothered by the fact that we were asking for his assistance. Then walked away. We stood there, wondering what just happened.

Home Depot is my go-to for home projects. The location in Pflugerville Stone Hill has always been my favorite. Great employees and great customer service. Today was my best experience at this location and I must share my experience. I was working on a project that I have no experience in but was determined to fix. I knew I needed parts so I went to my favorite Home Depot. As I walked in the store I was approached by a gentleman. He asked me if I needed any help. First thing I noticed is that he wasn’t wearing the typical Home Depot apron. I thought maybe he just got off, and was on his way out. He seemed nice and was joking with all the workers as we made our way to the plumbing section. I figured he was passionate about helping others. I really appreciate that kind of quality. Especially, when they are off the clock. He walked me through the process of fixing my project and shared his knowledge. As we were finishing our conversation, I found out that he was not an employee. He used to be an employee but quit. I’m not sure when or why. He was just a customer. We were two customers sharing the same PASSION and had projects to fix. I suggest that Home Depot beg this man to come back and give him a raise ;) It’s great getting good customer service. It’s even better when you get customer service from a customer. Great job. Mr. Lockwood, thank you for your PASSION and also helping me with my project. God bless.

Store was clean, well stocked and organized. The employees are always very helpful in locating items and in giving advice to the job correctly.

Everyone is very knowledgeable about products and quick to help you locate your item. Also very helpful in finding at another location if not in stock here.

At the current height of the pandemic (late Nov), while going in for necessary items and hoping to avoid as much contact as possible with others, an air conditioning salesperson has their booth partly blocking the interior entrance door and is getting in front of customers blocking them and aggressively trying to sell them services. When I non-verbally declined to purchase an AC or AC services by shaking my head, the sales person reacted negatively and told me, "you don't have to be so negative." Extremely bad judgment on Home Depot leadership to aggressively sell in the entrance like this.

shop at the pflugerville store today and took over 15 minutes to check out only had one item the two guys in front of me only had two items they had already been waiting awhile the only store employee availiable was busy trying to finish checking out a guy that had probably close to 25 items way to long to check out

Employees all grouped together talking to each other and not hleping people Especially on the hardware department employee was pushing around basket but not really doing anything and talking to another employee
