They are very friendly and there is always someone to assist. You do not have to go and find someone. Also, there is sanitizer available for all to use.

Home Depot in Perris is the place to shop if you want pleasant & efficient employees.

The store is easily accessible from 215 and has less traffic compared to Newport Road exit. I prefer to do my shopping at this location. I am able find the products I am looking for immediately and get out of store ASAP. I am able to approach any associate for any assistance in locating items I cannot find. Store is always clean but most of all, the associates are friendly and helpful.

The Perris Home Depot is a favorite place to spend a couple of hours shopping, day dreaming on what I'd buy if I had the money, and just browsing. I found what I was looking for with the kindly assistance of Angela, the HD Associate. She knew her business and took her time helping me to get what I wanted. The store was clean and orderly which was important to me because I am wheelchair bound and I didn't have to duck and dodge getting around products staged in a way that blocked or interfered with my browsing, and on the rare occasions when there was something, it was quickly moved.

Lines out to the farthest end of the store, no space to social distance, because checkout is so slow. Self checkout reduced to 1 person at a time due to inattentive store personnel. Only saw 1 register open tonight in addition to the self checkout. This is where small hardware stores will start to win. Not worth the wasted time to save pennies. Out of stock of what ever item I ever go there to get, because inventory tracking is so bad.

I just want to say I was very pleased today with the salesman David Santana while purchasing my new washer. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would give him a 10 out of a 10 rating.

Don in the home dept(flooring tile etc) was exceptional ! He took time to mathematically configure the materials needed to complete an overdue job. I highly recommend him to everyone needing assistance in that area.

Employees here are People who understand how to make you feel wanted and valued. They make you feel valued as a person with a Need and not a 'customer' with money to spend.

I understand we are going through a lot right now but the way they have set up the store is non functional and not ideal. The line to get in is horrible, and the pro lines are long. The Home Depot in Beaumont Ca has a very amazing system running for their customers, highly recommend getting basis from them.

Employees are rude and not helpful. Store is cluttered making it difficult to keep a safe distance from both employees and customers.

The store is always neat, clean and the idems are stocked and accessable.

Jose, Lorraine, and Raymond gave is exceptional service. They were polite and remained call and so courteous even in the wake of getting completely slammed with an abundant amount of weekend customers. I will be sure to come back to this location!

This is by-far the best Home Depot store around! There is always someone available to help. I have a small home-based business and therefore shop this store several times per week. The lumber department guys - Miguel, Vince, & Jim are the best!
