This store seemed larger or may of just been layout of the store. Home Depot always has such a large selection to choose from compared to competitor. Alot of Store Associates on Sales Floor and they are always there to help if needed. Store very clean and well organized. Will be back!!!

Picked up the rest of my items and Ishmael was very helpful to get them out to me in a timely manner

The employee Brooke was very friendly. Most of the time the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the guest this time they did and were super nice.

All the employees were friendly, and there was full inventory in the store.

Diana at customer service is very fast paced and helps me every time I have any issue. Especially being bilingual helps out when I bring my family in. So thankyou

Walked passed 8 associates not once acknowledged . Was hunting down a plumbing associates throughly multiple aisles, eventually gave up. Ended up just getting a few things I needed and left. Even the cashier at self checkout failed to provide customer service .

Shopped at night and the store looked abandoned because the parking lot lights were blown out. Some were glowing at 1% and maybe 3 to 4 off in the distance were on. Nowhere near where anyone parked. Feared for my life exiting the store in total darkness. You could barely find your car. Had to turn on a flashlight to see what was in my shopping cart. Yes, it was that dark! Why hasn't this been taken care of? More importantly, you could get robbed, stabbed, or even abducted in total darkness. What a nice shopping experience! Wake Up Management, this must have been going on for years

Don is a fabulous employee who goes out of his way to help in plywood area. He found me Wainscot and loaded all of it, inluding extra assistance out of his department. They know what there doing and try to get you the help you need.

Kevin the hardware supervisor was very helpful and fast to find what we needed. Kevin not only helped but you can tell he actually wanted to work and help others. Thats a special trait you cant find now-a-days.

I just want to shout out the assistant manager Manny for going above and beyond . HE did the right thing and put the customer first and I can say I left a happy customer and was able to purchase the correct equipment. This is why I shop Home Depot . The best customer service

I was trying to return items that were not needed WITH a receipt and was told that it could not be done because of the date on receipt. An earlier visit I had asked if it would be a problem to make the return and was told that it would be ok. The store Manager and Customer Supervisor were extremely unhelpful and treated me as if I was trying to scam or steal from the store. Eventually the Cashier figured out what was causing the return issue. I feel the Manager and Supervisor should have know what to do...

I had to return some items and Erica went out of her way to take care of me, and my family. She made us feel welcomed with her smile and had great customer service. It’s been awhile since I had customer service like that at this store.

Home Depot's shopping experience is pleasant. They are well stocked in anything you need for your projects, whether it is gardening or other items Their associates go "above and beyond" the call of duty to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I purchased flooring from this store and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. From their staff at flooring (Ramsey, Jovan) to their manager (Steven) to their people that help us load our flooring (Anthony, Eli)Everyone at the Perris Home Depot was very helpful and nice which made our visit there very easy and pleasant.

I was very happy with David. He helped me load 36 boxes of vinyl flooring. Opened a register so I could pay and he helped me load my truck. We he saw a box was smashed he went back in the store and got me another one.

Went in to look for a new fridge and Angela was so helpful made our trip fast and easy

I always buy my plants and landscaping at Home Depot. I don’t have a green thumb but Home Depot plantings are the healthiest and have a one year return policy. It’s a win/win!

I was assisted by a very help full appliance specialist who went over and beyond her duties to help me.
