Esther in customer service was able to help my husband and I throughout the long process of us trying to checking out with our new Home Depot credit card. We were having issues with getting it approved and she was efficient and had a great attitude in helping us make sure that we were able to take our products home today with using the new credit card. Thank you to everyone who helped us Kevin, Paul helped us in tools & head cashier sapphire, and melody offered us the Home Depot card.

I went to the Home Depot in Perris and the staff was willing to help me find what I needed

I purchased kitchen cabinets for a rental. I was helped by Patty in customer service! She was amazing. Her positive energy and experience made it a very smooth purchase. I am so pleased and will definitely shop here again! Tina

Where do I even start, went in to return an item I accidentally got the wrong size. I’m waiting in like to be helped next, Lyn the employee helping the Hispanic customer in front of me was getting agitated and rude due to the fact the customer did not speak English very well, after calling another person to help translate she proceeds to start speaking to the man in hand gestures instead of verbally speaking to him after the person helping to translate had stepped away. I come to to the counter next and is he’s also rude, short and not pleasant at all. Her apron was not on correctly and I could not see her name, when i asked for her name after my transaction was complete, she spelled her name out and walked away, in a very condescending tone as if I couldn’t spell or comprehend what she had spelled out, mind you I’m also of Hispanic decent. With the amount of Hispanic clientele employees like this woman should be working behind the scenes, she’s nasty and her “customer services” is horrible!

Cashier Ismael was very quick to check us out and lumber person, Ben, was helpful help us find our items

RETURN CASHIER NEED MORE TRAINING . NEED TO LEARN IDENTIFY RETURN , COMMON SENSE HOW MUCH THE PRODUCT , BRAND ETC. ABLE TO LOOK IT UP CUSTOMER PURCHASE HISTORY ITEMS.

I am a new home owner and I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to repairs but several people helped me get exactly what I needed.

I’m so glad to have met Letty in garden department she was very helpful and knowledgeable with plants and flowers and mulch too I’m very happy with the items I bought and put together it came out amazing! Looking forward to purchasing more gardening items soon for my home projects.

Needed a water heater ASAP. An abundance was on stock

I bought a noble fir and when I came home it was a Douglas fir the gentleman at the Xmas lot gave me the wrong tree and I didn’t realize it until I brought it home and put it up and cut the rope off and realize it was the wrong tree so upset and I wasn’t going to go thru the whole hassle to take it back !!

I bought a Moen garbage disposal; it works great, and price is reasonable.

If you need help I would go straight to Melissa. This woman went above and beyond for us. Made us feel important. I know some times shopping at Home Depot can be stressful but Melissa definitely made things feel easier.

Purchased my whirlpool gas range, dishwasher, microwave and washer. All match and are being delivered the same day. Pleased with my purchases.

I bought a washing machine. Angela was first rate.

I ordered a LG Wash and Dry Tower. Ms. Tate went over every detail of the order and I feel confident that the delivery will go well.

The flooring dept on the weekend needs more training, they would probably sell more flooring, many of customers left because of support

Our refrigerator took a dump right before Thanksgiving I had just purchased 100.00 of Thanksgiving food all would of been lost if not for this product!!!

Went in for replacement light bulbs and remotes. Enrique, Ric, Bella, Miguel, and I think David was the other young man's name, amazingly knowledgeable and helpful.

Store seems to be fairly well staffed( especially in these difficult times) with helpful and friendly employees

Actually there's no other stores like home Depot if you haven't shopped with them then you missing a whole lot of quality good stuffs try them now and stop buying those expired stuff's from others

Patty in Customer Service is one of the best employees at HomeDepot. While other employees gave up trying to figure out why the computer showed an item out of stock (the store had 3 items on the floor) Patty refused to hear what the computer said and looked for herself to find the stock. She then figured out how to enter the stock into the computer so that I can purchase it. Patty is a great asset to HomeDepot.

They should hire people like Tanga Tate very professional and friendly. She helped me with my online order and it went smooth.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Traci today when I needed help in the Perris,CA. store. She helped with my entire shopping trip. She made it easy, and was so friendly. The other employees near her like cashier assistant was great too. They were so organized and helpful. I had a speedy check out. Everything was great. I will shop here in Perris from now on. Thank you to Traci and all this day.

Customer service was great!

The appliances lady at the Perris location (Tanga Tate) was awesome very friendly person. She helped us tremendously and made me laugh she was a lot of help very nice lady.

The customer service in the Garden Center is awful. Despite asking for assistance lifting a bonsai Jacaranda which easily weighed over 90lbs and waiting approximately 10-15 minutes no help came. I ended up lifting the tree myself, hurting my back and arm in the process. The cashier, who was the one I asked for help, despite seeing my discomfort did nothing to to assist or get me help to load it into my car. On this same trip a delivery had come in, when I asked an employee watering plants outside if the plants were immediately for sale, his response was “if you can get to them” leaving me to push large metal stands out of the way and maneuver a small space to indeed get to them. Since no one helped me I was left to try to load the tree into my car on my own. Luckily another customer in the parking lot helped me lift the tree into my trunk. She also mentioned how uninterested in their customers and unhelpful the associates were at this location. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the last 3 months, your associates, specially your male associates who seem to be the ones most unwilling to help, need customer service training.
