All the associates that we came in-contact with were great and friendly and knowledgeable.

Always enjoy checking out through Roxanne’s line, she always has a nice smile and greeting when she helps you. Store is very well stocked and helpful employees.

I went to the Home Depot did not know what I needed or how to get it. I needed several things I needed stuff for my dryer. Also for my sprinkler system. I went to the plumbing department and I saw Home Depot employee his name is Adrian. He was very helpful friendly and knew exactly what I needed. He treated me with respect and courteous and help me on my way. Thank you very much to that employee Adrian plumbing department you made my week.

I must admit we really didn't like going to this store and quit going. We could never find anyone to help us and sometimes they were kind of rude. We didn't go back for several months. We went back this evening and we were very surprised at how helpful the employees were and how nice everyone was. One girl, Leticia, even ran and got a ladder to help us with a product on a high shelf. Another girl walked us all the way out to the garden to show us where the aluminum tubs were.. The garden area was clean and beautiful and we found everything we were looking for. Our cashier, Marcus, was great! He made us feel like valued customers. We will definitely start going to the Perris Home Depot again!

The employees were very friendly and helpful and ready to assist you in items you were shopping for. The lines were sometimes long but moved swiftly the garden section was great.

Marissa and Ari at customer service were amazing! They answer everything that I need to know to complete my project thanks to them I sold a flooring job over the phone ! And I got another customer happy !

All staff are kind and polite and really helpful when we asked for something. We really love this store . We found everything we were looking for.

They should not carry the Scott's mulch or the quality should be checked. All of the bags of mulch we bought were filled with white mold. Not a good look when you were shooting for brown mulch look. Maybe it will wash away. Good price, now I know why. Store was clean cashier was nice and helpful.

Employees are very oblivious to their customers. They almost run away from them or turn their heads so as not to see them.

The store is staffed pretty good. The cashier Abby was very nice , helpful in the explanation of the extended warranty, which I purchased after she told me all about it. And how to save the receipt to the Home Depot site for retrieval if needed. She went over all that stuff in detail. You never really get cashiers that do that. They just want to get you thru the line , and when you ask questions BOUT SOMETHING they kinda don’t tell you all details. They leave important information out, and don’t really seem like they. Care. But not this cashier, i think she really went. above and beyond with all the information. And a caring attitude.

Great store location

Poor customer service, be sure they have the item in stock before paying, it will take you a long time to get your refund, along with a run around from the store and corporate. This would be the last resort to shop, and NEVER buy ONLINE, they take your money and waste your time to get the refund.

My experiences in home Depot have always been what I consider to be above average. Today was no exception. Whether I am shopping for a small item or a large item and need assistance I have always been more than pleased with the help I have received at the Perris Home depot. Definitely five stars from me.
