Had family over for a BBQ and of course, last minute my old grill didn't work. Had to rush to Home Depot to replace it. The associates really went out of their way to get me in and out very quickly and saved the day. Yes Home Depot, You NAILED IT !! Thank you very much.

My husband and I came in looking for this Golden Retriever Christmas Dog. They were sold out everywhere. Mind you this is in Oct. This silly thing is all over tiktok. Well Patty said let me look to see if we have any more in any of the other stores. She searched and searched, to no avail. We had our Dog Cooper with us who just so happens to be a Golden retriever, which is why it was so important to us. Patty quickly pulled out a little notebook and said, let me get you name and number you never know, maybe someone will return the one they bought. I thought wow that is such a nice thing to do. But I didn't believed that she would really call if one came in she was so busy and that is a busy store. Unbelieveable, Patty called me this morning aand said that someone came in and returned the item, I even heard that another customer service team memeber said, hey I think Patty was looking for this Dog for someone and held it to ask her when she came in. Well Patty came in very soon after and gave me the call. I have never in my life had customer service like this before!!!. This Home Depot is the best because they hired the nicest people Every store needs a Patty!!!!!

My mom wanted a board to connect her great grandsons train track we were not sure we could find what we needed but we did. Then how to get this home was the next concern. Home Depot staff to the rescue. The tied it to the roof since we only needed a short distance. They knew exactly what tools were needed. Happy mom and grandson

In recent months, it was next to impossible to find an employee and if you did find one, they were surly, unpleasant and unhelpful. NOW there are employees every! And they smile and are friendly and offer to help. It’s a totally different experience. It feels the way it used to be, years ago. Nice people, happy to help, great atmosphere.

I just want to give a shout out to Jeff from Home Depot in Paris. He took the time to understand who I was a veteran, retired fire, chief, and welcome me back to the store with open arms to seek him if I have any questions so just wanna give a shout out to Jeff, deandre

Like this Perris store on Case Road, good people, especially the people in the return department, and the store manager. Excellent Customer Service, good at resolving issues, and the other departments, always there to help when you have a question regarding the how to buy the right item, and maybe a better one might be needed. Up grading sometimes saves time and money in the long run.

So I go into Home Depot to get me some stuff because I’m moving and I ran into this some saran wrap that was already been used and unemployed named. Jeff help me out a great deal because he gave me a discount on the new one, because there is no other one of the one that was already used that was awesome. I really appreciate that he did that.

I like the 6 month no interest plan. Delivery options are great.

Every time I go to this store they are super busy but they're very efficient and friendly. I get in, explain to customer service what I need, and they quickly help me. Staff is friendly.

A young employee was not helpful when my husband asked for his military discount. We went to customer service and a Very helpful lady named Devra apologized, explained the app and we were able to get the discount.

Rodney went out of his way to help us during this visit! We went in wanting a solution for tieing down the water heater we purchased to the truck. Were we’re having issues getting it tied down and Rodney went out of his way to go to the parking lot and tie it down and secure it with us. We are grateful he was on shift during our visit. Thank you Rodney, much appreciated! ◡̈

THE BEST!! EVER!!! They were all SO helpful. Helped us save (literally) hundreds of dollars because they all knew what sales were going on/what items were discounted. They helped us load everything up, made sure we were taken care of and then some!!!

I continually find myself hating going into physical stores and this visit was no exception. I loved the whole experience of selecting my specific items and seeing new items, but hated the bitter, indifferent, and rude employees I came across. I will have to start buying my plants at friendly neighborhood nurseries and order other items online from now on in order to avoid unpleasant moments and people.

Lack of customer service in the aisles and at registers.

10/10 recommend seeing Angela in Appliances for any appliance needs she was very helpful, and sweet. She was able to answer all of my questions. I purchased the Maytag stackable washer and gas dryer.

This is one of the best home depots I've been to. The employees are nice, and there's plenty of them to help you with your shopping needs. They are knowledgable about the products, which is nice. I've been to home depots where it seems like nobody works there and the ones that do work there don't know anything about the products or how to achieve what I want to achieve. They should be experts, right? I will definitely be coming back to Perris HD.

Melody was extremely rude and had a bad demeanor on wanting to help people on the returns cashier.

I’ve been to alot of HOME DEPOT however I most say the customer service and the attention to detail with this store is so amazing! I will take the drive to Perris just to receive service like this. Outstanding!!
