I went shopping for things that are really out of my comfort range. Cotter pin for a grill, fencing etc. The staff was so helpful and polite. Good experience!

Intent of my visit was to purchase 5/6 items to complete my garden, interested in tomato plants. Herbs in good shape, peppers almost as in good shape. However, the entire Bonnie Bell tomato plant section appeared as follows; All plants potted well, watered as well. Then somehow, they were taken to the Sahara Desert and left to bake in the sun for 2-3 days then arrived and were placed on your shelving. I could barely find one, no matter what type, that appeared to have life within

My heating element burned out on old washer and dryer so I needed one Pronto for my beauty salon. Salesman Jimbo found the right ones at the right price...also good friend with my sister in law and enjoyed talking with him.

I went in to get a new washer, I had someone greet me at the door and he was so nice and then when I went to appliances, I had 2 associates greet me and I was in an out in 15 minutes with my washer delivery set and Extremely helpful woman to assist me today

I have been to several Home Depot stores, half the time the employees act annoyed if you ask for assistance, this store has the best customer service. Employees are always friendly and are smiling. Love it!

I come in very often and almost every-time I come in Cody is always working and in a positive mood. He is very friendly and nice to everyone and is always open to helping someone. He provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

If management would take more of an interest in their employees and care more about their well being they would want to work more, try harder to make Home Depot their store. Home Depot gives no more turkeys at Thanksgiving, no Christmas parties with prizes and catered food, no incentives to be happy about working for the store. They need to care more.

I both a washer and dryer from Jamie and the delivery service dropped the ball on installing the items. Jamie made this right by going above and beyond.

I have visited this store numerous times and everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I need help finding a product or instructions on how to do my project, there is always someone to help me out!

I usually shop at a different Home Depot however, they didn’t have what I needed. So I drove to this one and am so glad I did. It was very clean and bright. The clerk in bath, Bryan, helped me find everything I needed. The. When I got to services, Tene assisted ordering and setting up pick up. She was pleasant and courteous. It was a successful trip on every level.

Has random little stuff you wouldn’t expect to find

Every employee is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they do not have an answer for me, they reach out to someone who does have the answer. I lovew this place!

I use this Home Depot exclusively when I am in Pensacola. This year purchased my Christmas tree and Ryobi equipment. This is a clean facility and all the staff I have encountered are helpful, knowledgeable and never too busy to stop what they are doing to bring you to the area one might be seeking.

I needed a refrigerator ASAP. Jaima helped us get what we needed today, at a great price, then we used a Home Depot rental truck to get the refrigerator home. The delivery/loading guy was great too. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long, long time.

I am an elderly widow that likes to tinker. I do have problems walking and lifting things. I have found the staff very accommodating. They are always very helpful. I have often left Lowe’s because it was to much trouble for them to help me. That is their lose because I spend a lot of money at Home Depot I am remodeling my second home. The first one I purchased all my flooring, paint , kitchen appliance and everything else from Home Depot. I will be doing the same
