I started going to Home Depot at the Pinecrest store in Miami The cutler ridge store got damaged in hurricane Andrew but reopened and was my second home. My wife and I relocated to Pensacola Florida and I’m slowly redoing our new home. Always use Home Depot for everything. Actually heading there now replacing old fence, need more wood. Thank you HOME DEPOT

Like most home Depot stores I've been in it is very clean. Generally, well stocked and always filled with employees trying to help.

Very old, and poorly laid out store. Not easy to find stuff, even staff told us that. Several aisles where stocking with the big machines they use, blocking many aisles in a row,requiring walking several aisles over just to get back to where emwe wanted. Should be done at night. Only 1 self check out working, and only 1 cashier on a busy Saturday morning. Took forever to pay and people in line were very angry, rightly so.

Good sale on mulch. Purchased 15 bags, received great help loading into our truck. Had two helpers, female and male. Very satisfied with our visit! They did a great job!!!!!

The store seems stale and everybody had another agenda. I got the feeling that no one really cared that I was there.

The store always seems to just be running smoothly with the best employees. I also like the fact that we can bring our rather unruly Golden doodles in with no problems.

We have always shopped here and the only time we go anywhere else is to price compare! Most times we have to come back to Home Depot!

We have had a little bit of difficulty getting a door install scheduled, we needed to get the measurements scheduled first, and this was the last of seven trips trying to get this figured out, but tonight we had the pros helping us out! We have been trying to get a door replaced in the back of our house, and especially with the rainy season coming up, and tonight we were able to meet Nick who helped us get in touch with the right people to talk to to get this measurement scheduled! Miss Heather came back and assisted us, she was so pleasant and kind and very helpful, and insured that throughout the whole visit we had a great experience, even walking us up to the front and checking us out at the end! Mr. KW came back to assist as well, even though it's not his normal department, and he sat down with us and asked more questions about our project and gave fantastic advice to help make sure we fully understood the process from here, as well as some great recommendations on what we might want to go with to ensure a lasting product that was the right fit for our home. His engagement and patience and help in this situation was so appreciated, and between all three of these employees they really went a long way in ensuring we had a great visit! We were so appreciative of all three of them, they definitely had the pro team working tonight!

Just wanted to say that the cashier JILLIAN went above and beyond. She is awesome.

When I lived in fort Walton I frequented the Home Depot store there and it was great but by no means it compares to the one on west Pensacola. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Dale and I tell you no one has ever made me feel the way they do when they see me in the store. I must also say that the personnel is always pleasant and I’m not just saying that just to say it.

We like to come to this store then our local store . Everything is always in stock. People are friendly and very helpful.

The associate was VERY HELPFUL. Don’t remember his name but he was able to direct us to the correct isle and show us the difference between certain types of chainsaws! Coodles to him!!!!

Had everything I was shopping for

I felt very welcomed and assured by the staff and the layout of the store. Everyone was very helpful and I enjoyed my experience shopping at Home Depot. But the two staff members that stood out the most was Zina and Cheyanna. Both were professional and surprisingly outgoing. I will show my loyalty because of this two and consider myself family to Home Depot as I will be a repeat customer forever! Thank you Zina and Cheyanna!

We were looking for some parts. Bill came up without being asked and said can I help you find something? We explained what we were looking for. Bill went straight to the parts. His store was out of one of the parts, but Bill looked it up and saw that one of the other stores had 6 of them. So we went to the other store and got the part. Kathy was very friendly and helpful on the register.

Dani helped me on this trip along with Olivia. Both of them are absolutely amazing and very helpful. The manager of the Home Depot should be very proud of their employees. Every single employee I encountered was pleasant and smiling. Keep up the good work.
