Awesome services from the staff, they are also friendly and helpful. The store is clean.

I have never seen spent plants here. everything is something healthy that you would purchase and take home and grow successfully . My family teases me that while other women are in the mall on Saturday morning, I am in HD with dirty fingernails and garden shoes. I like this store and my home store in Hoover. I have never met a nasty salesperson in either store. Cheryl and the other ladies and gents in the Garden Center are always helpful and upbeat. they help me to the car on days when arthritis has my hands swollen. Cheryl is quick to remind me of sales and greet me like and old friend. I love that fact that this HD has a scrap lumber section outside. I start most of my small building projects there.lol

The manager at this store is amazing! Employees are very helpful, Sheryl in hardware will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and see you are well taken care of!

Great store. First time there. Associates were friendly and helpful. Associate in area I was shopping in went above and beyond to find the item I needed because the one on display was slightly damaged.

Today was an excellent experience. I had professional help in a prompt manner. I selected and bought a stove and was out of the store in about 20 minutes total. I had briefly looked online before arrival and identified a couple of models to examine. Not all of my experiences at home depot have resulted in such good service but today was great.

The store and the company are fine. The Product Protection company they use (Asurion) is crappy. They intentionally make product registration difficult to avoid having to live up to their obligation. They already have your money when you leave the store, so why should they care if it is extremely difficult to register your purchase. I will never buy another Asurion product protection plan again.

Not a ghost town, plenty of happy people to help you find what you need and what you didn't know you needed. Always clean and quick to checkout. Ample stock on hand.
