Rebecca, that helped us with the granite kitchen counter tops was wonderful. She knew what she was doing, offered suggestions, told us about the product and what we needed.

I bought some landscaping timbers, but when I went to go get them I noticed the price read around $2.50 (Can’t remember the exact price) but I had Paid $3.98 for them. I took them back to the cashier who checked me out in Lumber, Amanda (ALR1651) who was very unfriendly by the way, to explain the situation. She replied, “we had to move them and they must have forgotten to move the sign.” She did not offer to make it right or even apologize for the error. Very unprofessional. I could have bought them at the independent nursery by my house and spent only $3 each for them. It’s only a dollar difference but that dollar adds up. I will not shop in the lumber department any longer.

I bought a Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater. The staff was very good and helpful at the store. Unfortunately my installer has experienced a major problem with installing the unit. We were considering removing and returning the unit and may still have to do so. After installation we were experiencing a slow leak with water accumulating in the drain catch pan. we rechecked all of our connection fittings multiple times and found no leaks there. My plumber finally noticed that the popoff valve did not seem to be properly installed and he tightened it up and that seemed to stop new leak water from appearing but we still have a little seepage into our drain pan. It is his opinion that the insulation has gotten wet and until it completely drys out we will have a little seepage. If this continues for three more days we will remove and return the unit. I consider this to be a major quality problem with the Rheem product and would caution everyone to check this item before installation.

The associates at the tool desk were friendly and helpful, showed me how to use the one I rented. The store is clean and the products are easy to find. Customer service was the absolute best helping me to my truck and loading it. Thank you!!

I contacted the store manager and they replaced the product, and had it assembled and delivered to me. Way above my expectations!
