I love shopping at the Pelham Home Depot. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I know where everything is and can generally find just about anything I can think of I might need. It really is more like a "neighborhood" store than a "big box" department store.

I am wanting to customize a walk in closet. I had questions, Daisy absolutely knocked it out the ball park. Very attentive to my questions and needs. I felt like she was genuinely wanting to help me versus trying to help me to leave.

THE ASSOCIATES AT THE PELHAM AL HOME DEPOT HELPED ME IN PURCHASING A TOOL CABINET FOR MY HUSBAND AND SET UP DELIVERY. FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL I LEFT I WAS GREETED, WELCOMED, ASSISTED AND THANKED BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE. NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE "TOOL WORLD" EACH PERSON WAS SO HELPFUL AND TOOK THE ANXIETY OUT OF THE SITUATION. THANK YOU SO MUCH
