I got paint and left my purse in the counter w $800 +money, checks, credit cards and valuables in it. I called back “CC” put it up and NOTHING was missing in it! THAT is absolutely amazing just two days before Christmas. You have people with integrity working for you!

I returned a Rheem hot water tank that was only 22.5 months old because it started leaking. Home Depot pro rated the dollar credit they gave me for the original unit and reduced the amount I paid by $54.00. Rheem has nothing in their warranty statement about pro ration of credit based upon age.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that all my questions was answered.

Amazing experience! I was greeted multiple times as I walked through the store, and two associates in particular in the nursery/outdoor department provided excellent customer service. They were very attentive and patient in helping me find everything I needed for my first ever project, and helped me find the best deals for all the products! Would highly recommend this store after my experience today :)

This is without a doubt the BEST Home Depot I have ever shopped, and I have shopped at many. The employees are friendly and caring. You really feel like family at this store. Your needs and wants are important here, not the price tag on what you are buying. The employees are caring and understanding. This store is always clean, and the shelves are always stocked. Glad this is my new hometown store, but I would still go out of my way to shop from this store if I had to.

The store was nice and clean as always and I found what I was looking for but the cashier MARIA in the garden center was extremely rude. Hope she is not there again when I need to pick up supplies.

Employees were less than helpful and seemed annoyed when asked to assist us in locating a product. Found an employee and asked if they could assist us in locating a product we couldn’t seem to find. We were told to go to customer service and they should be able to help us. Didn’t seem to care what it was we were looking for. Another employee told us it just wasn’t in stock although the website showed 16 in stock. A third employee told us just to check aisle 10 on the right hand side and never moved from their spot they were standing. Definitely wasn’t there. Finally, another employee physically assisted us until she located it for us. None of the 16 were on the shelf but in the overstock above a random aisle. Very frustrating experience. Will not return to this location.

I received great service and assistance from Devon who led me to the exact plumbing part needed to rebuild our fossett. In fact, when I showed him the old cartridge, he said, “That’s a Delta part. Follow me please. They’re right back here”. It’s impressive that with the amount of inventory stored within his area, he recognized the part and had it in my hands within one minute.

Have a great selection of azelas and friendly people to help in garden dept. You can check out in the garden dept. too! Will be back to buy more plants this spring.

I SHOPPED THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT AND EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS IN STOCK. MY STORE IS STOCKED WITH MANY PLANTS AND SHRUBS TO CHOOSE FROM. EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HELPFUL.

For birthdays and Christmas, I always buy our sons large packages of paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags and Dawn. Sometimes it's hard to find them in the large packages. YOU HAD THEM ALL IN STOCK! SO CHRISTMAS WILL BE GOOD THIS YEAR!

This is not a review of the store, but of RIDGID product registration. It is plain confusing and so is the website. What does the "unnamed " number on a box have to do with anything. finding the steps for registration was a 30 min trip through nonsense. The store was fine , but I was reminded of tryuing to register my multi-tool. I know it is not your website, but you are a very powerful customer.

I love our Home Depot store because it’s so convenient and the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive with all other stores. So there’s no reason to shop anywhere else.

Once again , I was appalled when I shopped at the Pelham Home Depot. Most employees were not wearing their masks correctly, often not even on their face at all. I often have trouble finding someone to help me at this store, but now, that may be a blessing in disguise.

At Lowe’s, my husband receives a military discount no matter what he purchases. We’ve spent over $1300 at Home Depot over the past 30 days redoing our garage. On this trip, we purchased 2 rolls insulation for our home attic and some drywall to finish our garage. When checking out, the cashier informed us those products did not qualify for a military discount. That will be our last trip to Home Depot EVER!
