People have become very lazy at this store, Items are in the wrong locations and are priced incorrectly. The attention to detail in this store is lacking greatly.

Salesman was rude

Our town has limited resources as far as stores go. So its bend over and take it. We cant afford to hire employees to be in all departments, especially appliances. What a joke this corporate establishment is, its not the employees fault the store is ran by greedy shareholders. "Imagine all the people" - Lennon

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Home Depot Payson, AZ is always neat, clean and organized. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. It is usually easy to find an associate for assisstance if needed.

Items usually easy to find, associates always helpfull and knowledgeable if needed.

On 5/10/20 in the morning my wife and I had the worst shopping experience with associate "Tony" who was working in plumbing. This person was the worst employee I have ever encountered at a store which has a history of great friendly associates. This person who should not engage with the public who has a bad attitude about helping people. We were very disappointed with this employee who represents Home Depot. This employee needs more training or termination.

Our refrigerator went out and it was too expensive to fix so we needed to get one as soon as possible. We went in to look at what they had to offer and found one that would fit our needs. Tanner helped us with our questions and he checked us out. He also helped us with the best discounts we could get which was a great help to us financially. He was fast in getting the order done so we could leave the store under the present circumstances with COVID-19. He understood we were in the group of at risk people so he was very efficient and fast so we could get home faster. Thank you Tanner for your help and for working during this dangerous time for all of us.

The store is clean and well stocked. The associates are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Friendly service is why I come here often.

The Payson Home Depot is amazing

Everyone at the payson store is always very professional and have always helped me and my family get our projects done on time and on budget, thanx Home Depot.

Love the store and all the things I need. Just wish I could find them more easily and that the clerks at self-checkout didn't harass me for a stinking credit card EACH AND EVERY TIME I come in.

Always find the employees helpful and friendly. I use wood pellets for my heat in my house. I can usually find that the store is doing us all a service by supplying these pellets by the pallet full. Thank you.

Employees took their time to get me a cart when it was difficult for me to walk, they were able to answer my caulking & paint questions quickly and efficiently! I found what I needed real quick with great prices! Guy at the paint counter helped me with a few extra questions, check out lady went out of her way to help me. Store was real clean and organized. I loved the 70% wood section. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I am most often satisfied with the service I receive when I do my shopping at my local Home Depot. I can easily get direction when I need some from a trusted employee. When I visit the store I have always found it to be clean. In dealing with my local home Depot I find the employees to be kind and courteous.

I always look forward to going to this store because they have a large variety of products and the employees have always been friendly and very helpful. I have one request, that there be more computer training for the employees who have the job of doing the ordering and research on it and more employees assigned to do that work, since it makes for long waiting periods for the customer when they are not very tech-savvy.

I ALSO VISIT THIS STORE AND STEPHEN WAS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL.
