Home depot had my swamp cooler pump & new pads in stock .glad they did it was a hot summer in az this year .Thank you for having a good choice .

Brittany, Susan, Victoria, Marta, George, Justin, Paul & Jeff have provided great customer over the past year for all my many projects. I’m renovating 2 properties & the landscape that surround them. I’m literally in the store sometimes every day. Everyone is very helpful & all of them have a great attitude.

We have never had a bad visit at this particular Home Depot. Everyone no matter their age or anything are friendly, smile and always ask if we need help. Need more of this at all stores and other places.

We were looking for a freezer and had explored various models online. The store clerk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in narrowing down our choices so that we were comfortable with our final decision. We have always gotten good service at this Home Depot, regardless of what we we're purchasing.

In the electrical aisles, there were many products that were in the wrong ID containers, which forced me to spend a lot more time going up and down the aisles searching.

I bought a grill from the Payson Home Depot. The employees went above and beyond to ensure I received the grill I wanted when I wanted it. I would highly recommend this store!

Sometimes I need help with my Riobi Weed Eater purchased at the Payson Home Depot. Mike B and others help me frequently with it. All the employees and the Asst Mgr, Andy are so friendly and helpful!

Kenny in lumber and Tracy in the check out are excellent employees. If you are ever at this location and have questions in their department, make sure you ask for them!

BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE STATE! I love to shop at this store. The employees are all very friendly, personable, and helpful. They make the store feel like a small town family hardware store! I am a Journeyman Wireman I have been to Home Depot stores in every part of the state and this one is by far my favorite store!

We were looking for a nice front door with a window that didn't an arm and a leg and we found one that will work great for us.

I was told by an employee at the cash register that I now have to go online and register for a different type of proof for the veterans discount the home deposit offers. I had many products in my cart and several other customers in line behind me at the time, so they had to wait longer while I was trying to take the steps to get an approval online for my veterans discount. I ended up leaving in a rush and did not get my veterans discount after all. I was vey Disappointed at this time.

Wet to 3 stores in Mesa looking for hardware with no luck, was in Payson for a weekend trip and stopped by Home Depot where I found everything I needed. Superstore, well stocked with items I have never seen at my local stores.

As I walked through the store today just generally browsing at products - I was asked by three different employees if I needed any assistance. At othere stores our experiences were much diffferent where employees avoided eye contact so they they didn't have to go out of their way. So I commend the Payson store on their outstanding customer service.

My experiences at the Payson Home Depot are a lot different than the others that I usually visit. These people go out of their way to help you. The associates greet me with a smile. A few cashiers need to smile and one shouldn’t play with her hair while at work. Other than that you are all great.

The Payson Home Depot has very helpful and cheerful staff, We like going there cuz of people who are so friendly and helpful.
