THE PAYSON HOME DEPOT STORE IS EXPONENTIALLY BETTER THAN ANY STORE IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA I'VE BEEN IN. ITS CLEAN, BRIGHTLY LIT, HAS EXCELLENT SIGNAGE AND IS WELL STOCKED.

I've shopped in many Home DePots in Arizona and many other states. The Payson store is one of the cleanest I've ever been in and the employees actually go out of their way to see that your shopping experience is good. One fantastic store!

Shopped today at this store in the appliance department. Both employee and supervisor (you know who you are) in this department did a great job assisting me in my washer and dryer purchase; as well as making sure I received the deal that was advertised versus what rang up. Both were very pleasant during the transaction; which I very much appreciated. Will definitely continue to shop here! Thanks for the great customer service!!

The employees at this store are always kind and helpful, cheerful, greet me and thank me for stopping by. Even remember me as a past customer. I have not experienced this in any other home improvement store including Home Depot in other areas. The folks at this store are especially nice and always help, even if I don't ask. Only recommendation I have is to increase the stock of certain fast selling items. Seems like some items go quickly. I highly recommend this store location and plan to continue to visit. Thank you!

Ya have to give tool rental repair the credit they deserve. Just great knowledge and experience in their being there

Stellar customer service at this store. I have spent many years in home depo across the state and have found this is likely by far my favorite. I have always been treated as if I were the only customer in the store and will continue to shop here because of that. THANK YOU Home Depot staff of Payson!!!!

Its been a busy week with many visits to the Home Depot....

The attentiveness and customer service is exceptional. This location is clean, the staff greet you, there is a sanitizing station at the front of the store. By far, one of the best Home Depots I have shopped at.

We first came to Payson's Home Depot about ten years ago, visiting a camper up north and on our way back to the Valley we stopped and got our Christmas tree here! Who knew years later we would relocate to Payson and this Home Depot is our go-to place for all of our home repair needs. Everyone we have come to know and met have been kind, caring and very generous with knowledge and their time. We come here for everything! If Home Depot doesn't have it at this location, we have had it sent here for our pickup. The new parking lot is sure great!!!

Cashiers are actually very nice, but this store is extremely disorganized. Do not expect to get any major projects or home improvements completed at this store. They will just not bother to show up no matter how much money you are planning on spending. Read other reviews here and on yelp to see I am not alone in this. I think corporate needs to step in and see what the problem is with this store.

Always vary Friendly employees at this store here in Payson. Always a pleasure to come up to Payson and come to Home Depot.

Employee Carlos was really helpful

id go to pauls. depot has alot of stuff, but if you want help, you have to look down every aisle , til you find a group of home depot guys, just bs'ing. if you ask for help, youll get a dirty stare ,glance, then a begrudging walk to diredt and point to a wrong aisle/ then you have to start all over with another employee

Horrible Management, untrained & basically knowledgeable, unconcerned staff. With a few exceptions in the garden department.

There seems to be a significant change in the attitude of staff at this location. For example, Carlos was extremely helpful, considerate and took the time to ask each customer was there anything else the customer needed.
