I have lived near this Home Depot since it opened and know a number of them by first name and all are very helpful kind.

I had to buy some supplies on Saturday night at the Payson store. I was met by Lindsay who was engaging, helpful and very pleasant in guiding me to what I needed and expediting the process for my product purchases. In addition Joe at the register was also helpful. The customer service at this store was fantastic.

I always get help finding what I need even when my husband sends me to get tools or equipment for a job. It makes me more valuable to the company.

Best Home Depot I've ever used in terms of customer service. Every single time I go. I love shopping there. Oh and as a woman shopper I add that I am treated with every bit of respect any guy would get, and I appreciate that so much.

Always find what I’m looking for at Home Depot! George was outstanding!

I have been in the store in the last couple months and spent some money and both time I have been very satisfied.

Everything that I wanted from their ad, they had in stock. Employees were knowledgeable and eager to help!

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen. Phil in the appliance section was invaluable, and steered us in the right direction. The kitchen, design department, along with the appliance department, worked hand in glove to ensure we received the best value for our money. Rachel and Phil are two of the best.

The customer service team (Marta, Amanda, Mitch and Morgan) (Lilly online) were excellent in resolving a system error that complicated my recent online return.

This store is so handy to have when an emergency happens or murphys law happens. The nearest store is approximately90 miles away.

This goes out to all the 3-4 employees I interacted with with only 30 minutes left in closing. Generally other stores (competitors) employees will busy with “put backs” right before closing but my experience we superb, employess stayed attentive to the customer until close.

Remember: I was a Northland resident ( in part) and had NO H. Depot warehouse or access to builders in 1974! So obviously H D has made our life (in Strawberry, Az) easier. Most building materials and others we needed had to come with us.

The Home Depot in Payson far outshines other Home Depot’s I have visited in other cities and states. It is the exceptional customer service and full stocked shelves that make the store in Payson so great.

Friendly staff and a well stocked store I'm happy to report! In Phoenix, I've had to visit several stores sometimes to find a particular item... Not the case at this store. Luckily, since the nearest option is over 80 miles away!

We purchased our new kitchen appliances from Deirdre Escalante. She was absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and superb customer service. If you need to buy anything she is the best. Thanks Deirdre for all your help.

I was in the Home Depot in Payson and Rocky, who works in Millworks helped me buy a vacuum cleaner and some smaller items and then he helped me load it. He definitely went above and beyond.

I went in to get advice on what I would need to start a home project . I went to the Lumber dept. where I met Bruce Kebrowski, a worker in lumber dept. He knew his product very well. He helped me chose the best type of wood I would need and explained why ? He wrote up how much I would need and the cost which was excellent! Never had I had a store employee take such time with me with such courtesy and helpfulness where I didn’t feel being rushed out. He reassured me if I needed more help just to come and he’d be more than willing to help me .

Try to find an employee who believes in and practices the Home Depot orange promise. Few and far between

I had to buy a new chain saw link and not having ever done this, Mike in Equipment rental took the time to show me how to select the right size link & then helped me install it. He is an outstanding representative of Home Depot!

We made a large purchase of windows and doors. Rocky and Brittney provided great technical guidance, sales support, and personal attention throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure working with them.

Buy all materials I can get from 0422 in payson, do not have to shop around for prices or products,almost one stop shopping. And greatest employees ya could ask for

store is great, but so many problems on kitchen remodel that I have to get someone else to finish the job

Helped special order on doors and window.

Bob at the Payson Home Depot is awesome. He not only was super professional but he went above and beyond to assist my infant son and I with our first shopping trip. Bob made this experience memorable. Bob showed me where items were and then proceeded to assist me with getting a flat cart as I had my infant son in a regular cart. Bob helped me with multiple large items helped me to checkout and then continued to help me load items into my truck. Bobs professionalism and great customer service should not go unrecognized!! Thank you very much for all the help Bob you sir are a great person.

Bob was so helpful and assisted me to find a Christmas tree only 2 days before Christmas. He was so kind and helpful. He saw me looking at the succulent arrangements and helped me find the correct price (50% off), which helped secure my decision to buy one!

We shop at Home Depot on a regular basis. This past time we ran across two employees who went way above and beyond to help us with an issue we were having with my husbands Military Discount. They both spent time, energy and went way above good service. Maddi at the Pro desk and Jeremy at the Return desk are outstanding

Just today we needed fence posts and concrete for a dog run which payson home depot had in quantity and size in materials .bought to much 80 # ready mix not wanting it go to waste I returned and was greeted by Andi AZ and katy who promptly jumped up and got it done in quick and professional fashion .it makes shopping the depot best in the business

Anti military will not accept VALID MARKED DRIVER LICENSE that Feds,States,FAA etc all do
