Today I needed assistance in garden. Robin the cashier as so very helpful and made double sure I had the correct soil and even provided a cart to load everything. It was so nice to receive such goid service. She even made sure I read the information about the survey.

Jon Smith from the Vienna store in Wv was very thorough and knowledgeable about the appliances that we were looking at.

I was looking for outdoor, porch furniture and of the three stores I visited, Home Depot by far had the nicest selection of quality, attractive furniture. The employee, Mark Crouch, was so helpful and spent time answering my many questions.

Recently had surgery and all the employees were so courteous and helpful

I always have a positive experience when I shop this store. The store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly, they acknowledge you and ask if you need help. I needed some help with a lumber project and the staff really took the time to make sure I had what I needed and even advised me on tips to put things together.

Someone is always available to help you.

I am very happy with the caulking compound I bought, and my wife is thrilled that it is mildew resistant. Our shower needs resealed and this should do quite nicely.

When I recently went Christmas shopping at this location, I was told I could purchase merchandise with my husbands Home Depot card , but could Not purchase gift cards for the family. Because my name was not on the card. This shouldn’t be a grey area. Either you card for all purchases or not at all..??

I purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer. The staff explained all the features of all the models they carry.

I LOVE that I can walk into Home Depot and be greeted almost immediately by a person working there. Someone always comes to be within 10 minutes asking if I need something. You can't beat great customer service! Tonnie in the appliance department was amazing!

If you aren't shopping The Home Depot in Vienna for your home improvement needs, you are missing the best customer service you will ever enjoy as a consumer. The people in this store are fantastic at what they do. Lots of people advertise they "hire smiling faces." The people at The Home Depot in Vienna KEEP them AFTER they are hired and they make all the difference in our shopping each and every time.

I always go to Home Depot for wood projects. They have the best lumber at reasonable prices.

Kay our cashier was very informative and had a lot of energy! That was refreshing. Please let her lead and set the example for younger folks.

We needed a large frost free freezer. Nothing available in stock but Sherrie, the home depot kitchen rep was a great help. We walked out in about 30 minutes with the perfect freezer, delivery set and knowledge of the process for protection plan, etc.

We were very satisfied with the service at the Home Depot Store in Parkersburg, W.Va. A very tall guy by the name of Jeremy who was so nice helped us with dehumidifiers. He went online and searched for one that would best fit our needs. It was so nice having someone as polite and thoughtful and eager to help as Jeremy was. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Whenever I got to Home Depot, I am pleased with the extremely helpful employees. They are cheerful and knowledgeable and very willing to share their expertise and insights. As I walk through the store, the employees greet me and ask if I'm finding everything I need. (Such an nice change from other stores where the employees have mastered the art of staring into the middle distance to avoid making eye contact and therefore possibly being asked a question!) The store is neat and clean and very well stocked. I almost always find everything I need here and when I can't find it, the employees often direct me to their website or to another store in town. I also appreciate that even though I am not a contractor or a big spender or very good at projects, I am always treated with respect and courtesy. It's nice to get help with out patronization or teasing. Well Done Home Depot!
