The store is clean, the associates are all very nice and friendly. I am in there almost on a daily basis and its like going to visit with family.

This store is convenient and always so easy to get in and out of quickly if needed. The employees are nice though I wish they could put more on the sales floor during the weekends for customer assistance. They always have everything that I need and having the tools up front was especially nice, great gift ideas Shekinah was extremely helpful and nice during checkout plus answered all my questions. I know how busy they are during this time of the year so it was very nice of her to be so pleasant.

Cashier Kasmine was very helpful!!!

It was impressive that staff would supply face masks for those who didn't have or forgot theirs.

Items were easy to find and sales personnel were knowledgeable.

Great experience at Home Depot. We are great fans of Robert Hall and Chris Coble.

I had a wonderful experience in the store today. I was gathering materials to build a fence and quite a few young men from the lumber department were so helpful. They were extremely friendly and a breath of fresh air to see in your store. It’s not everyday that you see people who look like they truly enjoy their jobs. These men were patient with me and helpful through the entire process. I don’t think I got everyone’s name and I hate that. The names I did get were Aaron, Jake, Demond, Tommy, and T-que Shaw. I truly appreciate all of these guys as well as the others who helped me. Thank you so, so much. It made a stressful trip to the store a lot of fun and much easier!

This store is really neat and all of the staff is really nice! Cashier Kaitlyn and Cashier JoJo were so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed!

It’s so clean and organized and love the way the workers greet then explain where things are located in the store I just had a great experience at Oxford Home Depot.

If you need anything you can't find or have a project you aren't sure of what all you need, go see Robert in the area where they sell cabinets and appliances. He will make sure you get what you need.

Very helpful person helped us with a product unfamiliar to us. David was his name in Oxford Ms. Went above and beyond. Lady in paint dept told us to talk to him and was she correct!

Our Home Depot store is approximately 10 minutes from our home. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to return or exchange items when needed. Great store!

Guy at the returns desk had an issue with me checking out, although I wanted to limit my interactions in the store, so I checked out at the nearest desk. He broke the sprayer on the bottle and made NO effort to replace the bottle. The sprayer did not work when I got home.
