Appliance lady went above and beyond helping me place order for new washer and dryer and the delivery guys were awesome as well!

We purchased four appliances and were able to save money on each of the appliances. Can’t wait until they arrive!!!

I will return to this store often.

I would like to say that Katelyn, the cashier that check me out was very pleasant and I could tell Rita loved her job just made my shopping experience a pleasure at Home Depot

I have experienced a lack of customer service at many shopping stores over the last few years. This is not the case at Home Depot. I have received great customer service each time that I have shopped at the Oxford, MS, Home Depot. Thank You.

I went to the store to get supplies to put in a connection for a generator. There is a gentleman in the electrical department who knows his stuff. I had taken pictures of my breaker box and he showed me the exact parts that I needed to complete my task.

Purchased houseful of appliances during Black Friday sale. Picked up some great appliances at a great price. Robert Hall was very helpful.

We went in to purchase exterior doors for our house. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, however we were incorrect about some things with them. A young lady by the name of Kaylen (I believe) assisted us with our purchase. She was so courteous and knowledgeable. She was patient with us and explained things to us that we were confused about. I wish there were more employees like her in that store. She was definitely a blessing!

I was in the store a few days ago to pick up a Halloween yard decoration - I had two young men Brison and Trey that went above and beyond to help us .

Great friendly knowledgeable employees only negative is the driveway. Coming in the parking lot from the atr is very bumpy and rough. (Where rental equipment is)

Turned 75 this week. Still upright but not as strong as I once was. I needed pressure trated 2X lumber for a project. No help available in the Oxford store to pull heavy lumber from the racks. On checking out although the cashier called for loading assistance, nobody showed up. I ended up loading myself with the help of a customer who was coming out. This Home Depot needs help with management and the employees. It has gone down hill.

Robert Hall was very helpful today in telling me about the features of the countertops and figuring my estimate for countertops and making suggestions of other things I will need. He also told me about what will happen after today.

The associates in Oxford were great this past weekend. While moving a student in, we needed a few items. Ran to Home Depot. Didn't have a Firestick on the shelf, but showed in stock on the app. I went to the cashier and asked for help and a young man immediately told me he would be happy to assist. He went right to the location, got a ladder and got the item. I wish all Home Depot Associates were as helpful and friendly as the ones in Oxford, MS. Great job.

I am very pleased with my flooring purchases

I ordered a new kitchen for our customer From Robert and everything was perfect....

I have been getting a 10% military discount at Home Depot for years, until yesterday. My cashier (Doris) said the policy changed and I had to have a smart phone with the app to get my discount. I told her I had a flip phone, and she made a comment "so that thing still works." This is a ridiculous comment and none of her business - most elderly Veterans do not have the time, energy or desire to have a smart phone and load the app and use it. I finally got my discount when I saw the manager who said, 'we have a way to bypass the app requirement." That was so simple, and it would be nice to share that information with the cashiers so that Veterans do not get the short end of the stick.

This has been probably the best experience with customer service at this location. The cashier was very helpful and happy to be doing her job. And the young men that helped load my truck were awesome
