We just moved here weeks ago and have done several home improvement projects. The last few days, we’ve been so fortunate to have Terrence’s assistance. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful but he just has this enthusiasm for helping and always goes above and beyond. So knowledgeable! Every time we see him, has that smile and just always willing to help. Just a great person and amazing employee for Home Depot.

They take time to help and listen to you.

The only problem we have is the way paint is advertised...it is misleading with fine print and we have had some unacceptable experiences in that department. The reps are friendly but often times, not very helpful...we have walked away from this department and dealt with another local paint supplier.

I've relied on the Oxford Home Depot for many years. The selection is great, the location is convenient, and the staff truly makes a difference.

They have a great plant selection in the garden center, and they take good care of them!

The store people are very friendly, professional, cheerful. Melissa at the garden and Vic Sullivan are very kind and helpful, guide us through. I have regular interaction with them so I know them by name. But whole staff is good. I needed help in selecting plants and they others help me through. Another person in garden guide us for garden soils. I didn’t know that the plants I bought comes with a year warranty which was very helpful. We get what we need. Yes few things need to be improved, especially staff working in garden section are really exposed to harsh hot and cold weather, there should be done something for them, I have seen over time, it gets too hot and cold but they keep their heads up and smile always. It’s great of them but that’s my feelings.

I make many trips to this store for personal jobs. Always have what i need and service is very good

If you are replacing appliances - Dottie knows her stuff . So helpful and knowledgeable - everything was delivered on time and if any issue arose - Dottie got us through it

This is one of the very best Home Depot stores! Truly appreciate that it is easy to find an associate when help is needed. The associates are very kind and patient, always willing to help! Store is well stocked and organized. Garden center flowers are attended to on a regular basis and always healthy!

Only parts of the grill was shipped. Very disappointed.

The associates at the Oxford MS Home Depot are very personable and knowledgeable. I received excellent service with my recent carpet purchase. And, the associates greet me as I walk in the store - I am asked numerous times if I need any assistance. I feel like my business is appreciated.
