Exemplary service for my visit. Quick

Was looking for a new refrigerator. Josh in appliances was extremely knowledgable and patient. He answered all of our questions and took the time to help us understand the products. I would highly recommend asking for Josh if you are purchasing an appliance!

I recently bought a stove, fridge, and freezer. When it was delivered, the workers didn’t deliver my appliances correctly, they were supposed to take my old appliances away with them. And they also didn’t hook anything up. They lied and said they’re be back to collect my old appliances, but they still haven’t showed or called and its been 5 days and my house is crowed with my old and new appliances. They had bad attitudes and weren’t friendly at all. I would not recommend delivery services from Home depot .

I have visited many different Home Depot stores and the Oxford store is one of the best! Very courteous and helpful store assistants.

Josh Oliver, at Oxford location, helped me purchase a refrigerator for my home today and he was very helpful and curtious. Very much satisfied with my purchase; can’t wait until it arrives.

While there are very few staff members in my HD, the cashier, Tanya is always smiling and helpful. I may not have what I need but I got that positive vibe before I left.

Every time I have gone into this store I have been greeted by an employee asking "can I help you find something?". While I shopping in the store I was asked more than not if I could be helped. Being a handicapped veteran, I have always been helped when I needed to load things in my truck.

Deb and the entire team ALWAYS got above and beyond! The store is neat and clean, the team is friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful!

Love the fact that they sell Milwaukee tools. And love there Anderson windows.

This trip I just went in to purchase some nails. There was a wide variety to choose from and I was able to purchase exactly what I needed.

Best place in 100 miles to get help on a project. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to make sure you've got what you needed (even if you weren't sure what to call it). If they can't figure it out, they will find someone in the store who can.

I was very please with the overall store

Mary in the paint department took her time to help us out and helped us decide what we needed for my sons home. She also frequents the town we are from and she made us feel like we were family more than just customers. Will definitely do business with her again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Jojo was my cashier and she is great! Valuable employee! Better service at this location than those in Olive Branch or Southaven, hands down. When I have the opportunity, I shop at this store.
