Clean store, customer service received was above and beyond, product knowledge and tools needed was known by assistant who was friendly, relaxed and kind. Product was available. Cashier was kind and fun too. Wait time for assistance was immediate. Good Job to you all!

I was in and out fast

Employee was able to direct me to what I was trying to find... I was in and out of the store quickly as my husband was sitting in car. Also, the products I bought were on SALE. Who doesn't like a sale!

This HD store #2317 is the only place I shop at for all my tool needs and wood products. They always have a great selection of Ridgid and Ryobi tools that I use in my hobby/work shop. The employees call me by my name and always ask how I'm doing. As a Army retired veteran, it does my heart good to see the community work they do and the "above and beyond" attitude they have!

A clerk is never far away if you need help with finding something or have a question.

I had a great experience at this location. I went in looking for deck stain and advice and the associate was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me with color selection, calculating amounts needed, provided info on rebates for my products (yes, please!), and made additional suggestions for prepping. AND, she was at the counter within 2 minutes or less of my arrival at the counter...I did not have to go hunt someone down for assistance. I had had a terrible experience at another Home Depot location and almost went to a competitor store. So glad I didn't! My check out clerk was also friendly and helpful. She offered for me to open a Home Depot account on the spot which saved me another $25! I highly recommend this location!

Upon my visit to my local Home depot I was greeted with a smile as usual . I was after a small item ( flashlight Holster ) as my old one I use all the time at work , had fallen apart . I was guessing I would never find another to hold my unusual shaped light . The proper isle was pointed out to me and I walked away with actually what I needed plus a nice pair of gloves too. At the check again a big smile and helpful advice with using my debit card . All in all a simple purchase ,but I left with a smile .

I have never been to this store that someone hasn’t asked if I needed help. That’s not true of other home improvement places. The store is clean and always well stocked of items I’ve needed. On my last visit Sarah K. checked me out and couldn’t have been friendlier.
