I was immediately greeted upon walking in the store, and the sales associate that I walked up to took me straight to the items I needed, which made my shopping experience quick and easy. Charlene at checkout help me with all my items and made it super easy to get on my way Always will use this Home Depot store.

The first thing I noticed was the veterans parking spaces and from there it was a great shopping experience, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you , Michelle, Mike, and Amanda!

EVERYONE AT HOME DEPOT IS HELPFUL. THEY DON'T AVOID YOU OR PASS YOU OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I had some plumbing issues so the employees helped me find exactly what I needed

Purchased two pre lit trees. They found the last two and loaded on a cart and loaded in my car.

I went to our Home Depot store in Owensboro today on a beautiful morning of packed customers. My husband had me on the phone looking for a new mailbox post and light bulbs. Associate Aiden helped me find what was needed and I checked out. Upon leaving I realized I had lost my cell phone. Aiden again came to me seeing I needed some help. He attempted on his phone to help me locate it and helped me to the front to customer service. I was slowly panicking on the inside but he kept talking to me to remain calm. We get to the front and there is my phone at the front registers! Today, Aiden made my day! I will always shop at the Home Depot for my home needs. In a day of lost customer service, it is still there and in their associates!

I appreciate the staff at this store. I always feel welcome and shop here often! I like that someone is always close by to answer questions and offer help when needed.

Just want to express my gratitude for the awesome customer service I experienced at Owensboro Home Depot. There was few team members that made my visit this particular time over the top and I want to say thanks to Ramon, Phil, Sheena, Marion. Everyone played a role in making this day great and they deserved to be recognized. My local Elizabethtown Home Depot let me down a lot but I had to travel farther to get what I need because I was told they couldn’t do what I needed. Thanks Owensboro Home Depot for all your help. I had told the manger of Owensboro about how well I was being treated by those employees and I hope this comment makes it back to them. Thx so much and I pray that the Lord would bless you for your kindness

Sarah at checkout was very nice and pleasant and the gentleman that helped me in appliances find a filter that was not hanging on a hook in the aisle however he helped me find a stack out that had extra filters and I appreciated it very much

With the current winter weather, I was very much in need of propane cans. The website said that there were some in stock and I was having difficulty finding them on the shelf. Ramon went above and beyond to help me find them and was incredibly friendly. I hope that he knows how much he was appreciated today.

One of the employees helped me to find the exact color of paint I needed for my trim. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about what kind of paint I needed for my job.

The Owensboro store #2317 made my trip a very happy experience. All employees that I come in contact with were smiling and courteous. They were very helpful also.

Every experience we have shopping at the Owensboro Home Depot has been satisfying. No frustration of any kind. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff in all departments.

Please stay friendly and warm hearted and continue to act as if you want to be there. The other guys, some of them act like they could care less about the customer. Won’t even offer to help. Than you Home Depot!

We needed help combining several orders for same day delivery and Becky was amazing. She promptly returned my call and was extremely helpful with all the details.

Needed a window well cover and sponge window foam tape. The HomeDepot Associate knew exactly what I was describing and took me to the correct aisle for both. Very pleased with product and service.
