the staff at this store is top notch

This store has the most helpful and knowledgeable people ever! I needed some specially cut pieces of lumber for a craft project I was working on. I also needed a piece of J-channel cut into pieces. Paul, in the lumber Dept, specifically helped me pick out the J-channel and then went onto cut it into the exact measurements I needed. He also measured and cut my piece of lumber. I have never received this kind of service at any other Home Improvement store, ever!! The store is always clean and the associates are totally friendly. They all know what they're talking about and can really help you in choosing anything. I highly recommend going to Home Depot for any of your DIY projects. You will be helped!!!

Always have what I and employees are very helpful. I live over 30 miles away from this store with other choices. But I enjoy this home depot the best. Recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer, I'm very happy. Thanks again.

Was greeted at the door by friendly employees and was able to find what I needed, was in and out in 15 minutes.

The employees are super knowledgeable. Everyone was eager to help me find what I needed. Supply were stocked on shelves. Cashiers were friendly! Will definitely shop there again soon!!!

Christine at the front desk is awesome. She knows her job. She handles my special order items and makes sure I have some one to load my items. Customer service is the main reason I shop at Owensboro Home Depot. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Employees are always helpful and happy to help you. The treats at the front door on Black Friday last year was so thoughtful and kind. What a joy it was to see this in the Owensboro store. I can find what I need there. The store is alway clean and well stocked as well.
