Customer service is AMAZING at Home Depot!!! The employees know their departments, are willing to help customers, and their customer service is on spot!!

Cheerful, prompt, professional service.

Asked for help to load my 70 pieces of wood. Earlier that week I asked for help to load 20 bags of mulch. No one came to help on either load.

It is probably the store where more associates greet you and offer help than any other retailer.

Make sure they apply your military discount if you a veteran! Checked my VA ID then didn’t realize until I got home the discount was not applied! Very upsetting but o well! My own fault I guess!

We have 2 Grand Daughters and they have their own rooms, and wanted their "OWN", colors, The Gentleman in the paint Dept. not only helped them , but explained the difference in the types of wall paints to help in our selection!

Bought products that I needed for a job and went to check out and Sarah K was friendly and helped me throughout the checkout process.

Went in to get grass seed and was having trouble and the Store Manager Stan came over and helped me find and get every thing I needed. You never see a store Manager work like that he usually calls a new guy over and says help him. Stan made me feel like a customer.Thanks again Stan.

I came to look at back splash tile for my kitchen and was amazed at the choices I could choose from. I found just what I was looking for within the first 15 minutes of my visit.

Poor guest service, my husband ask a team member if there was someone who could help him get a cart and load a 7 foot cabinet on it and she stated “No”. We will not shop there again. Very unhappy customer.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.

Workers don't want to look up availability of product or even see if its stock. They just automatically say NO!! Argue with you about a product and try to sell you something else. Poor service, poor attitude, poor experience!!

I would not recommend this store for contractors, people shopping at a fast pace. But for people shopping slow or just to look, its a great place to waste time. Your staff seems to be lazy, for the most, this store doesn't have employees to ask if you need help. In a 12 month time frame, I only had just a few to offer to help. This store need to relearn the value of helping senior customers especially when it come to heavy items and buying load of wood and/or supplies. You have to ask for help to load your trucks. While employees stand around. You need three loaders during your busy time. Loaders are one of the best customer service you can offer to a senior buyer. If your staff worked the end caps in stead of talking in a group or taking two to three people to do a one person task, your store would have people that could help. If you did this your profit would go up. How many years has this store profit been low. Your store needs a Motivated manager, to reteach have fun while working. This is what the baby boomer learned. This also cuts down on HR issues.

FROM BEGINNING AND THRU THIS PANDEMIC, THE STORE IS CLEANER, EVEN CLEANER, IF THAT'S POSSIBLE. ON MY LATEST TRIP THERE, I REALLY LIKED HOW ALL VARIOUS CARTS HAD BEEN REPAINTED ORANGE. THEY HAD NEW SAFETY STICKERS ON THEM, AND EVEN THE WHEELS WERE WORKING PROPERLY. THOUGH THE STAFF IS DISTANCING AND WEARING MASKS, YOU STILL KNEW THEY WERE HAPPY AND WILLING TO HELP.... I LOVE THAT.

The prices are better than other stores that I have checked out. The employees have always been very friendly, helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Everything I have looked for has always been in stock. I have shopped here for several years and am fully satisfied.
