Called ahead to check for a specific items and was told they had them in the system. Then had them check out on the floor for me and they said they had found a bunch ("over 20"). Less than an hour later (length of my drive to get there) there were none to be found. An employee helped me search for another option and honored the original price for what I was told they had. Thanks Dennis!

Convenient, well stocked and safe! We shop here often and are always greeted by several employees, assisted when we require help and look forward to shopping at OC Home Depot.

this store has long standing employees that go out of their way to say hello and make sure I have what I need to get my jobs done. This store is my home away from home and the employees here are my favorite because they persevere even with all of us crazy customers. (especially this year!)

Brianna who is new to customer service / return desk did an OUTSTANDING job and went the extra mile for us. She is as good as it gets in helping customers feel special. Please quit leaving the tall ladders to reach the top shelves in the middle of the small aisles which makes it next to impossible to get a shopping cart or lumber cart past.

Store employees are respectful and very good about not harassing customers without a mask and and do not refuse service. Great place to shop!

Hello, I don't have a problem with self check out at the grocery store, my opinion home improvement is not the place for it two many variables.Takes to long,you still have to have people watch people, and help those that struggle like me!Add the potential for theft, more security I would assume?Seems that more cost effective to pay checkers to take care of customers hence " CUSTOMER SERVICE "Look at it another way why are we paying your mark up if we do all the work!

I've been coming in since the week the Oregon City store opened. I guess that says it all about quality, customer service, and product. I've bought from every section in the store, I think.

the associates are all so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I always enjoy shopping there and when I can't find what I'm looking for I never have to look very far or long for an associate.

If you need to buy tile...ask for Lance! He is very helpful and knowledgable....plus friendly!

I was disappointed. I returned a faulty product that was purchased in a four pack. Because it was not sold as a single, I was unable to be credited for it. At $20 apiece, that adds up over time.

Most employees working in this store are very helpful. I’ve been given plumbing and electrical mini-tutorials. People have walked me around the whole store to find something. My husband and I consider this Home Depot to be our Saturday date location. I appreciate the effort they are going to to keep customers safe.

The associates are always so helpful and friendly. They are very efficient and care about their customers experience in their store. Returns are even quick and easy. Its always such an enjoyable experience.

This store has professional, knowledgeable, caring employees that are able to help with questions and find solutions.

Overall I find this store to be helpful and the employees friendly and accessible. The only times i have issues in this store is later int he day or evening times where I find the lack of interest by the store employees. It seem that the store has an A/B team and then a C team. If you are going to shop at this store mornings and weekend days are the best times but also the busiest times.

STANDING OVATION: HOME DEPOT Standing O + Hats Off to Home Depot-Oregon City. First of all...every employee and customer was wearing a mask and observing SD. Second, I bought a Toro Lawn Mower from them with the "start on the first or second pull every time" guarantee. Well...the fine print says that's good 30 days. My mower started on the first pull for three months...then it wouldn't start at all. When I took it back I assumed they would offer an in-store credit for the purchase price, or a refund with a 15% re-stock fee, or offer to fix it for $40. Thank you, HD and Kevin P.: Full on the spot refund! I negotiate multimillion-dollar deals for a living...it never occurred to me they would give me full credit. I was floored. I even offered to pay a re-stock and they said: "Not necessary". Hurray, Home Depot

Amazing store! Everyone inside is so knowledgeable and friendly. I want to give a thank you card to everyone for always going above and beyond. Best improvement store in the Portland metro area by far.

Worst experience trying to return a product today, the product did not scan consequently I was told I did not buy there. Funny that when I bought it, it did not scan either but the cashier looked it up by description and was happy to help and charge me for it. I was told that HomeDepot does not sell that brand even though a search on the brand it took me to HomeDepot, and I found 17 other products from that brand. Now I am stuck with a product I do not need and cannot return. How the mix up happened, I have no idea but one thing is for sure this store is where I bought the product.

The associates are very nice to greet you all the time through out the store. A+ Experience. Thank You Home Depot.

Poor customer service.

I love shopping at this store! These employees get it right...They're friendly, courteous and helpful. If they don't know, they'll find someone who does so you can get on with your life. They also honor veterans better than any store I've ever seen. I go there to shop at least once a week.

We set up a curbside pickup and No one, despite following all the same instructions we followed with our pick up last week, showed up with our order. We tried 2 separate times and days and finally had to go inside and were treated horribly, talked down to, made to feel stupid and told we obviously didn't follow the directions correctly. We were also given incorrect store opening times and information over the phone.

All Home Depot’s need to be run like the Oregon city Home Depot !!
