Extremely helpful, returned a couple items for in store credit . Exchanged damaged products for fixed ones . Employee helped me get what I came in for was very helpful.

Other then a one time mistake from home depot in OC we have always been very very happy with the OC store friendly people and fair prices

As an old shopper,, I was having trouble checking out using a gift card. My associate was very helpful and didn't make me feel like I didn't have a clue. Which I didn't.

Whenever we are in town we visit this location. Always well stocked and staffed. Personnel are helpful and willing to discuss options on which product is best for our projects. Easy to get in and out. My favorite Depot store.

I was seeking help with shower wall systems and could not get anyone to help and the person I did encounter was put out that I interrupted her and just said people just buy online. I bought something else and check-out was fine and checker very friendly. Just no service in the bathroom area.

A gentleman named Mash helped me checkout and even loaded my HUGE Christmas tree into my car! I didn’t have to lift a finger!!! It was a great experience! Thanks Mr. Mash

I am in this store very often. This store is very well ran and always kept neat and clean. A big thank you to KIERSTI in the customer service center for going above and beyond to help with all my needs. Also a big thank you to SANDY at the lumber checkout for always being friendly and helpful if I couldn’t find something.

How pleasant was it to only find one cashier who cannot even do his job correctly and walk away during mid purchase. I should have just cancelled the transaction and taken my goods, since no one was paying attention. The self check out is the only other option, and oh I forgot I DONT WORK FOR HOME DEPOT! You state there are product on the shelves when doing the search on the app but I get to the store and there is nothing in regards to what I am seeking. No customer support just some brain dead zombies walking around pretending to work, but just chit chatting about the latest drama in their lives instead of helping customers.

Your cashier was rude and obviously in a hurry to cash me out , did not listen to my question , and then tells me I have to go to Customer Service to accommodate my request !

Home Depot has always been vet friendly and offered a much appreciated veteran discount. Unfortunately, today I learned that the veteran discount is no longer valid on lumber, plumbing, or electrical supplies. Very disappointed.
