I like to shop Home Depot. I can always find what I want, and the prices are reasonable.

I bought a chainsaw a week ago and the chain broke I was frustrated, but Dylan was very helpful and very respectful and professional and gave me the needed help, great customer service, thanks Dylan

I originally only saw one gallon of deck stain left of the kind I wanted, but I was determined to get a color sample going. I went to the paint counter and Georgie called for next in line. I was so fortunate to receive her help. She located the additional cans I needed in the upper shelf back stock, updated my account to ensure the stain colors were saved, and was just an absolute gem the entire time. The store was busy and she choose to be kind, caring, thoughtful and just plain fun. 5 stars!

The Oregon City HD is the cleanest one I go to! Always plenty of product in stock or there’s an employee willing and able to find out how to get my hands on it. Best HD around!!!

I’ve purchased a G.E. Dryer, cellular shades, many plants, soil and plant fertilizer in the last month. I am happy with all my purchases. The employees working in those departments are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are competitive and better than other stores. It’s my go to store!

My quart of leveler was almost half empty. Probably someone elses return that they didn't bother to check before putting it back on the shelf. Who knew that I had to open absolutely everything before I actually got through check-out? Delayed my project for at least two days.

George in electrical is superior in customer service.

A few days ago, wasback again to getcorrect items to repair toilet. On final trip in plumbing department was assisted by Del. He gave me the exact info I was lacking to repair toilet. When I saw his name on the apron (just simple don't believe in coincedences... meaning there's a reson for everthing know or not) I said wow that was my dads name a pause kiddinly I said can I call you dad we both laugh that's just for starters since beenshoop at O.C. almost 20 years..

Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful staff. Staff is definitely more experienced than in other stores. Also the aisles are less cluttered.

Despite the store being very busy with shoppers, Their patience and professionalism made an otherwise difficult process seem very comfortable. Ryan was very efficient at mixing my custom colors. Very helpful.

Leslie, Madison and Dylan are amazing- they helped us load 65 bags of mulch when it wouldn’t fit in our trailer on a pallet. My husband had open heart surgery 6 months ago so upper body strength is still limited. Without them it would have taken hours with them it was only 30 minutes. I cannot say thank you enough!

After my items were rang up. I was then informed home Depot does not honor military discount on lumber, electrical, or plumbing any more. I done with home Depot.

Reinstate the veteran discount on all products and I will start shopping there again.
