This store has some of the most knowledgeable, helpful employees I have encountered of a large retailer in this area and being a new home owner, I practically live at this store when I am not home buying things for various home improvement projects.

Everyone knew where to find anything I needed. I was a little awkward going in. It's been several years since I've needed to do any sort of construction type of work. I bought a home that needs many repairs before it's move in ready. Non of the employees made me feel bad about what I felt we're stupid questions. All of my experience is at the tip of my brain over 15 years ago.

Great store, thank you Dave and Brian in the wood and concrete dept area for helping me tue nov 6 2018. Great job Guys, Great Customer Service all around.

Usually always pleased too shop here. At times there needs more help in store as well as cashiers!

Home Depot has been my go to home improvement store for years. The employees always help when I need it. The know their stuff or find someone who does. When I need to learn more, someone always helps to show and teach me if needed.

It's not fair to ask for a recommendation. I send people to HD only because you're the only game in town. I wish I could feel proud of HD but I don't. Start specializing in high quality items and my opinion will change. I'm in the market for bath cabinets. Have you actually looked at your stock? It's all particle board. Come on! Give me something to boast about. I don't want to have to build everything from scratch or drive down to Amish country to find something of quality. But, in your defense I must say I can usually find what I need. Except for plumbing. But, hey, you can't carry everything.

The store associates in the appliance dept and the kitchen planning center were very resourceful & knowledgeable making our process run smoothly.

The cashier was rude and she argued with me about being married when purchasing with a gift card because I was unaware they ask for ID with a gift card. I felt she was also discriminating because of the color of my skin. I would recommend the store but the cashiers need sensitivity training.

I was trying to pay with Samsung Pay (which I've used at Home Depot before) and the machine kept rejecting my payment. This woman came to me and said "What is the problem here?" I replied "I'm trying to pay with my phone." She says "Yeah, that doesn't work here." I replied "It used to and it works everywhere else." The woman gave me a smug grin and said "Yeah well, not here." and walked away. No assistance whatsoever and a terrible smug attitude.

HELP IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. WHEN NEEDED OR NOT NEEDED, SOMEONE ALWAYS WILLING TO ASK IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING A ITEM, AND THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE ITEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT SALES TEAM.

Lourdes and Tim were awesome. As were all other employees I interacted with. They were very friendly and helpful and they actually had real conversations with me, not your typical employee-customer required conversations.

I wanted to take the time to thank Marylin for her help. She was so kind and friendly, it made my shopping experience great. It is a great feeling going to shop and have an excellent employee like her to help out. She not only stopped to help me she took the time to walk me up front to the cashier and check me out. Thank you for the excellent help! You deserve to be recognized for excellent job.

SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY GOOD AT HELPING AND DOING THEIR JOB . OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE A POOR ATTITUDE AT BEST . SO DISAPPOINTED REGARDING THE INDIFFERENCE OF SAID EMPLOYEES .

The employees were willing to help and address your concerns. They help me load the stones and my tiles and other items in the pick up truck provided by home depot. Also since I went twice back and forth cause the weight limit in truck the front desk give me a discount. The reason I went to home depot in Avon was mostly sales tax different with Cuyahoga county. Save money live better...

The gentleman in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful and saved me from spending money on a can of paint that I would have hated. He sent me home with samples and am so glad he encouraged me to go that route. Now I have beautiful walls and no regret! Employees in all departments are willing to stop and answer questions and assist you in any way needed!

It is always a great experience shopping here. The people are always friendly and willing to help out with anything. The store is always in order and plenty of stocked merchandise.

THE NORTH OLMSTED Home Depot has made us dedicated customers by the help of just the person in the paint department on our last visit. He was the most helpful man, giving us suggestions and recommendations on how to proceed with our project.... Will suggest to others to frequent this store as well.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for the tool box to be brought to register. Employee would not put box in my car. Pressured into renting a truck from the store. Long story short I just returned an expensive tool chest and came home without a father's day present for my husband. Very disappointed with this store.

The North Olmsted store is very clean with uncluttered Isles. The store’s employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable.
